heres some pictures of the shit im talking about...

the plants are otherwise very healthy but there are a few of these leaves scattered about. no visible bugs, just these thrashed leaves.

could it be light burn? these leaves are mostly on the taller plants.

You check the underside of the leaves with a 30x scope? Definitely looks like something fucky is going on.

Are you running any ozone around the plants? That first picture a couple posts back that has bigger patches of brown looks like a problem I had last year in a couple tents in an uninsulated garage. I was using too much ozone to compensate for leaks that were coming from the tent, at least three to four times the recommended. I don't remember any small spots like that though. The affected leaves were only two-four leaves per plant and only toward the top of the plants. Really just cosmetic, and I was glad the ozone didn't kill the finished bud smell. Glad to be out of that spot, could always catch a small wiff of the grow outside and I had a county sheriff deputy living two doors down in town.

Looks to me like you have some spider mite eggs (very small white balls on the underside of the leaf), hallmark damage on the leaves also. You appear to be starting to show some cal (orange patches) and mag lockout (taco leaves) issues also though. I'd try searching again for mites, and more eggs if that's what those are.

I have plenty of experience with spider mites and these leaf spots are definitely not from them. i suppose it Could possibly be some kind of lockout or deficiency but idk why it only shows up on a few leaves here and there. out of 160 OG plants there are less than 10 that are affected, and the ones that are still appear healthy otherwise (good bud formation).


in other news,!!!!!!!FUCK SHIT MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!!, i accidentally left the pumps in one tent plugged in for 4 days straight. For some reason i didn't notice that the trays were flooded everytime i checked them in the past few days. There is massive overwatering damage in what used to be the best-looking tent. Not a total loss, i expect most of the ladies to bounce back but they lost at least a week of growth and a couple of them look droopy and yellow, possibly near-death.

Holy shit this is the biggest fuck-up i've made in a long time. It's never happened before. I blame the frequent consumption of alcohol and LSD... Thanks to the oxygenation effect of the flood/drain waterfall setup, most of the plants were able to survive 4 days of root submersion without drowning, but i can't believe this happened. That 4lbs tent of OG is now going to be 2-3lbs if i'm lucky.

Sorry to hear that Shcrews. Sounds like you got it before it turned into the complete worst nightmare. I'm sure you will have them nursed back to good health, and still pull some nice and tasty weight.

That sucks . you don't run your pumps on timers ?

the pumps are on timers, but after the last rezervoir refill I left that particular tent's timer switched to the "continuously on" setting, not the "timed" setting. Because i am very absentminded these days. Lots of shit on my mind and like i said too much acid weed and alcohol.

anyway yah the trays were flooded for 4 days straight, i'm surprised most of those plants weren't more fucked up. Oh well, at least i have 5 other tents that are looking great.

Did the affected leaves perhaps get sprayed with some something during lights on? You mentioned all of the were located towards the top of the plant. I've seen similar damage from sprays and intense lighting. Spray, splash from bucket, something rub off your sleeve, etc possible?

i think we may have a winner! i did indeed spray a neem/pyrethrum mixture with the lights on, which i dont usually do. you are probably right i think that is the cause of those spots.



i just realized that my last few posts have all been pictures of fucked up plants. So here is some nice ones to make up for it.

Canopy shot: The yellow leaves are from 1000w light burn. Really makes me appreciate the extra 12 inches of vertical space in the Gorilla Tents. (this bonus GSC tent is a sunhut).

It's always been with oil based sprays I've seen the issue too. Just been too rare of an occurrence to know for sure. If you notice further damage you might want to do a rinse with 1-2 drops of dish soap per gal. of plain water to wash off the oil residue.

Glad to hear the other tents are still going strong. The cookies side by side looks nice too.

Digging the live drums on your track in progress. I haven't done too much with dubstep sound production (wobble bass, laser synths, chops, etc.) but there are definitely some cools sounds out there. Have you ever bought any sound packs to get a jump start?

Thanks for listening bro! i usually design all the sounds myself using Massive or FM8 from native instruments. Been playing drums for 14 years so recording a beat is easy for me, but lately i've been focusing on song structure , bass, and synth lines. That was only like the second dub-type track i've made
