Beef jerky. I've upped the blood meal content in my soil and have been curing my buds in a smoker. Getting close but it's not quite there yet.

Lazuli if you want that blueberry syrup smell and taste then you gotta find Dabney, I've grown plenty of blue strains and nothing compares to Dabney, it's like somebody poured BB syrup all over the buds.

I have some real old school sativa leaning Blueberry that smells and tastes like fresh baked blueberry muffins.

I've never had a real chocolate taste...

Ever smoked incense? I have an Emerald Triangle Seeds Royal Purple Kush (black affie x bubba kush) that leans towards the BA, leaves go almost black, the taste has been described by many as incense, I guess when a nice hash and a nice spice mate you get incense.

i'm going for anything good/great in the terpenes areana but i'm really focused on "double chocolate"; smells like chocolate, tastes like chocolate).

i've run chocolate rain and got some kinda, sorta choco terpenes. i want overwhelming chocolate terpenes.

the breeding project involves choco chiba and chocolate hash plant.

chocolate hash plant:

^^
Vulkania Seeds - Hash Plant
Hash plant is the `most chocolate` indica into our collection and a major producer of resin. This is an incredible variety of medium size and with few branches. All production focuses on the main stem, the buds forming very compact and homogeneous from the base. These characteristics makes it ideal for growing indoors into a S.O.G. (Sea of Green).

choco chiba:

choco chiba came from brazilian seed company. she is supposed to smell and taste like chocolate. this year's choco chiba done outdoors was grown in poorly amended soil and did not taste, nor smell strongly like chocolate. my panama/choco chiba did taste like malted milk ball candy. she was grown in very canna friendly soil; organic, outdoors.

My mexican immigrant friends, who regularly get all kinds of high quality import used to get a variety that tasted and smelled exactly like raisinettes (those chocolate covered raisins).

Real rich dense full chocolate flavor with a little of that dark dried fruit tone. Dark green with dark purple, almost black leaves.

It had a deep relaxing stone to it, nothing special really aside from being great for sleep. Was definitely among the stoniest import we ever got, most of it is much more sativa. The flavor was really really nice though

Not sure where it was cultivated, other than south of the border. :bandit:

this is just somewhat wild speculation, but i'd imagine that coffee&chocolate-flavored buds(and maybe vanilla too)would benefit from being processed to hash, maybe to a drysift type? of course with a nice cure.

Straight up pine is what Ive been pining for lately. A good vanilla would be nice too.

If you want a mentholated smoke, try twisting a joint and storing it in a tin of altoids mints for a day.
I found this out by accident, it makes the smoke cool like a menthol cigarette.

I don't know if there's a natural mint flavored pheno

back in the day i grew out some of JLP's sour d x og k f2's...

one of the phenos was a short, stocky plant that smelled like straight up menthol and tasted like candied menthol. i called it "cough drop"

opening up a jar and taking a whiff would seriously clear my sinuses...

i lost that plant and have been searching for something similar ever since!

i'm having a real run lately...

there were several flavours i was fanatically hunting, most of them have been ticked of with the latest selections :)

frankincense - found my dream haze (still can't believe it, keep smelling it all day long :D )

strawberry - found a great strawberry diesel f3 with intense, unmistakeable strawberry taste

floral - that same strawberry diesel f3 has an incredible floral background

grapefruit - i was missing the old grapefruity nyc diesel real badly, seems like i found a grapefuit pheno in my nyc diesel bx1

i feel very, very lucky :D

of course there are also some aromas i haven't found yet:

first and foremost:

roses - i have heard it exists but never have even come close

other floral types

lavender - sampled a great example in amsterdam once

and so the search goes on, and on, and on... :D
