Does anyone think that Clearex or homemade sugar water will hurt your plants or the quality of the buds if used for flushing? I don't, so I use it because it may work as intended. Use it if you like, or don't. It don't make me no le hace. -granger

There must be something else in clearex other than sugar and water. I tasted it and it doesn't taste like sugar water. It didn't taste sweet at all, actually.
I don't know if it works but I'm using it. Herb is clean. I didn't like molasses, though.

I think a low PPM/EC nutrient solution is a great flushing solution. Something below 300 PPM.
Zen,
I think EC, but very low, is what works. Clearex, or your own mild sugar solution [low EC], or low EC nute solution is what carries nutes out of the medium best, leaving the plant to consume its own stored nutes. I flush my 3 gal AeroBags with 1 gal pH'd tap, then 1 gal RO, then 1 gal RO w/ClearX pH'd. Then they get pH'd water till harvest. Since I started this my organic bud tastes great and burns to a white ash. Good luck. -granger
