Is there an ideal number for lumens per square foot when using CFLs?

I'd think in terms of watts, not lumens. imo, about 100w/sq ft is good for CFL grows.

Take a look at this. I learned a ton about it and I'm currently growing with 6x23W CFL in an area a bit bigger than 1 square foot. (a bit of an overkill though...)
