Jack's with tap water at 5.5-6.0 in coco all the way through works great and is very easy. Water once a day with full strength solution until you get 20%+/- run off. If you use 5 liters, get 1 liter out. Don't worry about run off pH, its depends on how new the coco is.
During the grow, once a month, flush the coco with new solution until 200%-300% run off.
To make mixing easy:
Coco can be purchased online in 3 brick blocks (Eco Earth) for about 5 including shipping. Use it twice, not 3 times. As for containers, Hempy works well and if you have room the City Pickers (home depot) holds 6 bricks (~10 gallons) of coco and is great for 3 plants in a 3'-4' SCROG.
If you get coco gnats, prepare the area with a flea spray before you put the pots in, so that they will get dead when the land on the tent wall.

- Add 1 cup (16 Tablespoons/48 Teaspoons) of 5-12-26 with water to make exactly 8 cups or 400 liters.
- Add 3/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon plus 1 Teaspoon (40 Teaspoons) of Cal Nitrate with water to make exactly 8 cups.
- Add 1 cup Citric Acid to makes 8 cups of water. Keep the concetrates in 2-liter bottles.
