Hey guys, figured I'd get your scope on the situation since I have extremely limited greenhouse knowledge and zero experience growing out of season, and with autoflowers at that.
That said, there's an awful lot of sunlight for being late January. The week forecast for Butte county (where I have land) has been from the low 70s to the high 70s, with all sunny/partly cloudy days throughout. Been this way for a month. The night time temperature ranges from the high 30's to mid 50's, making me need an enclosed environment. I estimate the next few months to be fairly similar.
If we maintain intense outdoor sunlight, and I can keep the "greenhouse" temperature/humidity in check, do you think there's hope for this project? 9-12 weeks from seed is when autoflowers finish, and I may even be able to add a few thousand watters ran off a generator for those cloudy days, or just to extend daylight.
I only want to achieve Grade A bud, anything lower quality wouldn't be worth my time. Does anybody have any experience that could chime in? Maybe give a few pointers? Maybe even steer me away from this idea?
