Anthony Bourdain got stoned off his ass on his new show on CNN. He had an episode in Morocco with a big part about hash. They didn't show him smoking it, but it was funny. It's really obvious when he's high.

This new interview was funny too. It really is a new era when journalists can be high as part of a mainstream news story. I couldn't imagine that happening when I first smoked pot back in college.

I was impressed that although there was some obvious confusion from Anderson...that there were no negative connotations-- :)

Ayecafuckingrumba! I had to turn it off at the 1:45 mark...I was getting so mad I thought I might hurt my monitor, and I can't afford to buy another monitor right now.

So much of the coverage coming out of Colorado now is bullshit...that lady from CNN was just acting ridiculous, as was Anderson Cooper (which surprises me because he's a cool dude). The old stoner stereotypes are being constantly perpetuated instead of actually taking the time to learn something new about cannabis. I think that's going to be one of the more important things that needs to get done with the new legalization movement... make your average american develop a realistic understanding of what cannabis is.

The old stoner stereotypes are being constantly perpetuated, but people are laughing about it now. The cool thing is it's no big deal now. Public opinion has changed. Public opinion will continue to change as the legalization movement makes more progress. People will see that stoners come from all walks of life. White collar professionals get high too, not just guys that remind you of the old stereotypes. I never thought I'd see so many positive stories about weed in the mainstream news.

I agree with you on everything you said up to the point about Anderson.

Cool dude? Are you kidding? Anderson Cooper Vanderbilt?

I'm not going to convict the guy on what family he was born into. I agree with your point that coming from those mansion filled lives is going to fuck with a person's head, but he seems to have maintained a sensible, intelligent view of the world regardless. Just think what others who come from similar wealthy backgrounds turn out like...Paris Hilton, etc. No doubt though that he was helped significantly along the way, every place that he applied for work likely hired him on the spot because of his connected family. But, that being said, I think he is legitimately talented in his field, and I tend to agree with his observations.

Imagine if they saw a high person who was extremely measured and knowledgeable like some on this site.

It would stop them dead in their tracks, if someone were to use logic, or sounded respectable. It seems they find free spirits, and people are afraid of different.

They are normal people that smoke weed, and even more that smoked too much one time and had a panic attack....and now think weed is bad!

That Nancy Grace, you can tell she is really superficial, and would stare at least 3 seconds at your cock if you flashed it.

Why only 3 seconds? Because she is conservative? NO.

It's because that's how long she focused to "act like she is good" but to commit the scenery to memory.

No really. She is going to act like it's indecent, and then peek out from between her fingers.

She should be around alcohol more, and then stoners. I am sure she would be safer around stoners, and would learn a new way to think, rather than what to think.

Now, to clear up her idea that pot heads are not motivated. It's funny, the people who lack motivation, SMOKE WEED to get it, and to enhance life.

So they would 'look' ill-motivated in court for a drug offense. LOL.

If they were high, I am sure they'd be more animated, and would care less about the oppression. :)

I watched that news lady, the whole way through. HAHHA. Newbs shouldn't do that, it'll make them nervous and break-down into manic piano-playing. For real, people'l have panic attacks and stuff. They never know what is going on in their body, and believe any change demands a threat-response. They are afraid to lose themselves, and their rigid personalities.

obvious our educational system in her ignorance.
...and 'she' is ignorant.
