And they have criminalized it meaning one local board of supervisor's bail-bond business is going to boom.

wow this really sucks for legit patients too poor to buy meds or those who would rather grow their own.
kinda makes the Prop 19 issue a few yrs ago look nice....too bad a legal 5x5 grow for all adults wasn't enough to get it legalized.

you cant properly light a 10x 10 with 1200 watts lol is a greenhouse considered outdoor. as technically atleast the ones I once had were considered temporary structures . thus technically an indoor grow . 6 mature or 12 immature. hows that work out????????????????? Yeah, it sucks. The board of stupids banned all county dispensaries two years ago with a temp ordinance... now they are just going to make it permanent. Two bos members are resigning this year, so there will be an interesting election battle.
Always a battle to secure one's rights these days. Everyone is polarized on completely opposite sides of every issue leading to no agreements on anything, and thus the good old boys stay in power by effectively allowing no change.

That Fresno situation...how does that work a Total Ban not just outdoor they plan on a $1000 fine and $100 tax a day if not removed that's just well.....
I am convinced this must challenged as a disability rights issue through a class action suit.

Does not denying a disabled patient his his/her medicine, that is recognized by the state as medicine, violate the law? Seems to me it does! Does that not make the county that does so, liable for that damage? I think so!

A certain tv preacher with initials PR was talking to God the other day and God told him he hated anti pot prohibitionist and he was gonna send every one of the sorry fricks to hell in a hand basket. He said they need to spend their time cleaning their yards, helping the poor, and being nice to little children instead of hiring fricking mean cops to abuse people trying to get well or some relief from using pot.

at least joe elford can use this precedent setting ruling in the appeal. i hope he's smart enough to do so.
The problem with the County Card System (State Card)...is that when you register for it, it binds you to the State "suggested" limits--
But as far as being on a "List", it was set up so that cannot happen-- Everything is encrypted, and your Card has only a Pic and a Number on it-- Nobody can get a list of Names and Addresses from it--
Oh I know it seems dubious...but the System is set up so that very thing cannot happen--
That being said...Fuck a State Card!! I got my 99...they can suck it!!
