Hello
Currently running one 1000w mh in veg with th seeds darkstar, acorn, sage/sour, seedsman widow/skunk, sensi hindi kush, and local cross c9d for genetics. In flower there's two 1000w hps, with hindi kush 28 days in. The lamps are on 30 amp/240v service, leaving me a 50 amp line that I would like to add 6 to 8 lamps to later in time. When I do get around to adding 2 more lamps to the flower room I would like to run a titan atlas co2 controller with propane burner. I would run compressed co2 but the welding supply store is such a far ride and propane is right around the corner. I use one 6 inch high flow fan per two hoods as I personally prefer not to have 8 inch trunk lines hanging in the rooms. Airflow circulation is good with 77 degrees lights on, 68 lights off, and humidity 40% I keep odor in check with a 8 inch carbon scrubber in each room. I will add here to this journal as I grow with both plants and footprint. I know scooby doo has two o's but that screen name was taken, lol, so scoby is what I get. Happy timez

oh yeah forgot.... everything is in coco on organic feed with ro water, and the bathroom was converted to a humidor.

Got sap.suckers pinched off, and managed to get some ziplocks with coffee cup cuts. Most of these sensi have a lemon citrus smell while 3 demonstrate similiar growth, more indica robust with strong branches, and more of a dankier kushy smell, yea! Some before and.after pruning

First two pics: day 2 flower, with sea o green for mean joe green, need to pick up some more coco and finish transplanting some of the perimeter stuff. Suppossed to pick up some frothy tea from a organic fruit and veg farmer tommorrow, says its a special blend he asked me to do a side by side with some of the plants, so I will try. Got local cross c9d, th seeds darkstar, snowstorm, & sage sour baking on this batch

Second set of pics: sensi hindu kush about half way, maybe lil more, its fun looking for a desireable pheno, out of 43 random numbered plants, ironically number 1 and 2 smell the best, look the sugariest, and seem to have more prominate pistils. Tonight those two phenos had a blueberry kushy danky smell, smile here. I know for a fact when I numbered the containers and took cuts that I started with the smallest plants first, and like I said out of 43, the two smallest seem to be developing the best in flower. The old dont judge a book by its cover routine. That really makes me scratch my head but with a grin.

Finally germinating some more beans tommorrow, cd9, second generation seeds

Just about 8 weeks flower on the hindi kush, pistils starting to amber, it sugared up nicely. The strain did well considering it was outside in 70/40 degree temps for the first 4 weeks of flower. Provided it was done all indoor Im sure it would of done a little better so overall Im happy with it, ironically the pheno I numbered container one before flowering, it is desirable for sure. I have four or five cuts from that plant, hopefully rooting......hello mommies. May even attempt to reveg it along with a few others. Smells like a fruity kushy dankyness and the cola leaves have good coverage, wish I had a good camera. Maybe not as dense as other girls but sure does smell pretty and is crystally.

Took cuts out of my sea o of green at 12 days or so flower, stretching is happenning so it will be good to get the kush down soon to make room. Hopefully within a week, Im going to give a few more straight waters even thou Im using tea and roots organic, mini flush.

Decided to use closet as my homer simpson dry rack humidor

seo o green top & bottum
Just given full bloom feed schedule @ day 14 of flower, local cross, th seed darkstar, acorn snow, & sage.
Looked closer at the hindi kush, there are some areas with wicked thick stacked tric coverage yeah!!!! So wish could get macro shot, will try cell and scope trick. I am amazed at this strain more and more everyday, there still are alot of sites with healthy thick fertil pistils may have to throw tea on it instead of water thru it, not to worried because I can flush everynight for 3 to 4 nights in a row with how the coco is, and I know some folk run organics all the way thru until harvest.

Having trouble getting a shot of the stacked trichs with a low megapixel celly. I have decided with Monday evening before the lights go back on to start chopping and hanging! The trichs are all cloudy and the pistils are beginning to chnge, Im sure I could go another week for some amber stuff but if I take on Monday that would put me at 60 days, like I said before since they were outside the first four weeks Im sure the cold nights slowed the flower process down.

The cuts I took the other night almost got fried in my veg room, thank God and the karma police I check my rooms two times a day, I moved them from the veg floor to the bathroom under a cfl. I think the 1000w mh was a lil bit to harsh and I lost a couple cuts. I was freaked out last night but after checking this morning they bounced back. I had the cuts on the perimeter of my veg grow room and what I thought was well outside the footprint but that 1000 is so strong it just beat on them. I have never vegged under a 1000 but the growth is almost too fast on established plants.

It would be like rushing fine wine, going to kool jets, would be foolish to take before reaching peak Fertile maximuss.

Managed to get all but three hindu kush cropped out freeing up much needed space for the stretching out second round plants at about day 20. The room was getting a little warm in the afternoon so I added a small portable AC, its frigid now. Had a hole cut out of the sealed room for just three hours to accommodate the exhaust and got fungus gnats in that short time. Was going to treat the room but sealing the exhaust port up from the AC and dropping the temp in the room seemed to knock them out, will keep an eye on things. Ended up keeping 4 of the hindu kush plants in an attempt to reveg lower popcorn nugs. One of the phenos has the dankiest smell and is retaining it in the dry cure locker. While two others have more of a citrus smell but the biggest hardest tops, Im sure under better conditions like a full indoor program and synthetic nutes that soda can nugs could be achieved. The last pheno I kept is a smaller plant but had great crystal coverage and golf ball nugs top to bottom.
My problem now is that I have sprouts and clones with no floor space, I might burn the clones on the perimeter of the room, I realize they will be loose and airy but would make for good edibles. Have a nice day

Well with whats left hanging to dry and the one happy frog soil plant that is taking forever in comparison to the coco, I should have faired and done well with kush plants that flowered outside for a month. With a 5 day hang and a day in the bucket it sure does smell good.

In bad news I found four plants from the local cross run with a single pollen sac on each. I was going to just pull the pod but elected to harvest the plants whole and outside of the room, stick them in the fridge for a patient who makes tincture. I then went ahead and pulled the sprouts and clones from those seed runs, see pics, they also will be tincture. I knew the genotype had a tendency to do that, with 100% females but herms popping up too. Its a shame because its a really strong stinky gassy line, but no more, I prefer seedless as Im sure most of you do.

I really like my 5 phenos that I kept from the hindu kush and unless the TH seed plants I have are really exquisite I will probably just run hindu kush exclusively with the occasional seed pack pop. I have kush moms and kush reveggin from what I harvested with some widow skunk cross by seedsman still under 18 hrs a day.

Ill get some more pics of the flower babies tonight, was going to take pic of the herms but was more concerned with getting them in the freezer and not pollinating the room. The pods were still closed and intact but as Im sure you all know you cant find everyone of them so Im sure I will have beans in this harvest, hopefully light and few, as I will be diligently inspecting daily and thus end of the local cross run. Last pic is part of the first round curing, its a nice light green color in person and sticky sticky.

Checked again tonight for nanners, none showing but it doesnt mean their not present. Oh well a lightly seeded run is better than no run at all, so Im thankful.

These plants are the local cross at day 23, and they look about like how the hindu kush did at 40 days. Needless to say I am seeing what flowering indoors under better temps is doing right away, just makes me think how much better the kush would of turned out, oh well. These two plants are going to a friend who is going to finish them outside of all places. I asked them to take weekly pics as it finishes. They are putting them in a container that is on a automatic drip system. No fertilizer, just city water and soil so it should be interesting to see how it goes. Ill get some pics after transplant tomorrow.

Not a fan of either team but what a crappy superbowl, I quit watching at half time to go water, it was more exciting.

Waiting to hear from my friend to see how their plants faired overnight since transplanting. Its funny, once getting the plants outdoors they appeared alot smaller, used to seeing plants much bigger when outside. These plants vegged outdoors under the sun earlier in the season when the temps were actually about the same as now.

Burned a reveg mother attempt of a top harvested plant, ran straight water thru it this morning. Should of just kept giving it teas. As I sit here typing I come to realize and grin, that I have clones of the one that is most desired, wipe brow.

After many years of trial and error I have grown budweiser.

This wasnt even the best pheno, but it was the only 5 gal of happyfrog container, hello ROOTZONE! However that medium took the longest to finish. Cant wait to get the smellier phenos into bigger shoes and full indoor flower regime instead of half. Lots o sugar
