Many different cuts on the GSC. I have grown most of them and the only one that produces anything is the thin mint. I have a thin mint/platinum that is promising. The Thin Mint produced well for me this year and they were covered. Not like the glue though. I was going to enter it in the Emerald Cup, for everyone who saw it was amazed. When I drove it to Sacramento where the Emerald Cup people said was a drop off location, the dispensary folks told me that they were not taking entries for the Cup anymore for whatever reason. They directed me to Harborside, which was out of the question that day. Oh well. There are a few subtleties to look for that will identify a GSC cut when it is young, like the hooked leaf on the Platinum cut.
But this is the glue thread, lets get the glue pics posted. GSC is old school. There is only one claimed Glue, not like the GSC where fighting still exists to this day on who has the original cut.

Hey Tony. You can get reducers that fit the 8" duct and bring it down to 6". They sell them at all the hydro stores around here, or any hardware worth their weight. The 6" are only good for 2 or 3 lights max linked together. That is why they have the 8" for the big boys. Make sure you have your fan pulling the air out, not pushing it, but that topic of pushing or pulling is quite debated with many different theories.
I was just curious if anyone has got a cut from a Dispensary ??? If so did you pay(kind a stupid question but??)
I stagger mine left to right. the new plants coming into flower go on the left side, as they grow they move to the middle then to the right to finish off.

well that's good I have not received any reply's on that I was afraid that when she got out in large quantity's it will be imposable to prevent a dispensary from getting her. That's when we start hearing of 500$ cuts or more... Much respect for all whom have kept it to only the smokers and not the Money Machine.

PF, ill like those dual arcs. Ime, slightly less yield but more frost than a straight hps.
I was reading some old stuff from vic high the other day and he was saying since hps are better for flower growth and mh are better for plant health, ideally in flower you want hps to mh at a ratio of 2 to 1.
So about 600 watts of hps to 300 watts mh.
Those 1000 watt dual arc bulbs are comprised of approx 600 watts hps and 400 watts mh. So they should be perfect. Expensive tho.
My first gg4 comes down today.

Unc, What size smart pot should I go with for a 6 week veg? 5 gals or 7's? Or 10's?
(I ask unc cause we grow similar styles)
