Someone identify these bugs...? Predator mites + fungus gnats?

Hopefully someone can help me identify these. I was on another forum and people were completely unhelpful. Someone suggested the little white ones are mealy bugs. I don't think they are. I could be wrong. They both move at decent speeds.

At one point I had a mother I was SURE had fungus gnats, I'd water and they'd go scurrying. I ripped it out of the grow because I just don't really care much for the strain anyway.

How they got there? I have a feeling six seed plants I accepted brought them in. First, and last, time I ever accept an outside plant.

However, the other day I lift a plant out of the drip tray and there's a ton of this going on in the bottom of my drip trays.

There's a few "fungus gnat" looking bugs on leaves, but I honestly thing they might be winged root aphids? Whatever they are, they SLAUGHTERED my lemon thai kush mother, and some other plants are starting to stunt.

I'm ordering OG biowar (the full pack, all three) so hopefully that helps out with whatever it is, but if not, can somebody identify these?

Both the little white ones (which it seems the mite looking bug might even be attacking/eating, I'm not sure), and the mite looking bug. What are they?

I'll also get a picture of the "fungus gnat" looking creature on my leaf. I see NO eggs on the leaves so it leads me to believe the ones on the leaves might be random gnats and not aphids. Either way, ALL HELP is appreciated.

Root aphids mid stage (yellow looking insect)
Larve of root aphids (white looking insect)
Not pictured, Fungus Gnat (adult stage)
And then the cycle starts all over again…
Items I suggest to combat:Evergreen, Botanigard ES, Mallet, and for sticky traps, always have sticky traps…

Fungus Gnats can come from anywhere…purchased clones, outside air, even medium (soil, coco).

Good luck!

It took forever, but it seems the first response I get from icmag is probably right. Found a couple pictures that look like what you're describing. Biowar on the way, as I've read those teas absolutely annihilate these fuckers, and will help my plants like crazy.

Anyone else want to confirm this diagnosis before I pound the plants with the biowar pack teas?

I think I'm a believer in this place already. haha

Yep, Red Assed Root Aphid. The smaller white ones are the youngest generation

Scroll down a bit and you'll see the twin of your second pic. The flyers give birth to young that are already pregnant!
BTW, they're a real bitch to get rid of, it usually takes multiple treatments of several products.
I use as a preventative in my soil, Diatomaceous Earth, Neem Seed Meal and Crab Meal at 1 Tablespoon each per gallon of soil. So far I haven't had any more problems.
