Bho yeild from seeded plants?

Whats up everyone, I just had my whole room seeded and was wondering how bad this hurts the yield for making oil? I imagine it would be pretty hard not to get at least 2-3 grams from an ounce seeded top nugs, but no experience with this.

On the bright side I'll have seeds coming out my ears for eternity

They are matured, but pretty badly seeded. If i break up a bowl i have between 4-7 seeds.

I've run some pretty seedy bud, and while yield was not quite as high as normal (mabe a few %'s less, not huge), quality was the same, still made some top notch oil. I say do it!

My one concern would be if you crushed the seeds, would the Butane pull a bit of mj seed oil out also ruining the flavor..

I know when you smoke a seed it tastes pretty nasty....I used my seed run (after taking as many seeds as I needed) for baking.

Last time I ran seedy material, I just packed whole buds into a tube, but packed them pretty darn hard. I am sure I broke more than a few seeds. The flavor of the end product was pristine. Tasted just like the bud, no seedy flavor at all. When I emptied the tube, the seeds had lost a bit of their color, but other than that seemed entirely intact. The color and flavor of the end product were unaffected. Still some of the most flavorful oil I've made to this day actually.

I was told u can run the material.. and then germ the seeds no problem is this true? lol. I don't think u can pull the seed flavor threw unless u crush tons of seeds..

Why not screen out the seeds first?

Just an update.. I couldnt tell no difference really with the seedy buds. I ran 52 grams of ogiesel and got 10 grams of wax so I would say it worked out pretty good!

I screened my seeded buds.. will be running a tube of 1 strain.. and a tube of the same strain. with the seeded bud kief.. ill post pics.. wen I run it tomaro .
