Is OGK still the most sought after cut(s) on the boards? ?

Seems to me that there are so many OG's out there and all are quite different? especially the newer cuts with bigger yields and less frost.

What happened to the OGK with tiny buds, massive stretch and super frost? An OGK depicted in this picture here.

Meh, I could give a shart about GG #4. Although ppl work so hard to hype it up, I'm just sick of hype and nut swinging.

It's a chem strain that yields well, what is so remarkable about that? Star Dawg, tresdawg, etc.. all look equally as good.

There is only one true GSC. I ran it. I may even still have it. The true GSC is top shelf, and hard to beat. Only an ATS cut can do the trick. I have several top shelf cuts, and strains, but only two ATS cuts at the moment. I'm letting all mothers bud out and go, except those two

OG Kush is still sought after for its AAA qualities in effect and taste. Its legacy chased by all growers/smokers in small circles trickling to easily converted masses worldwide. There are so much for me to learn from OG Kush genetics. I have barely scratch the surface due to not having any successful pure OG grow under my belt. Just the hybrids over years that does not even come close to the Infamous OG Kush Clones from So Cal clubs. I really need to up my game on OG.

GSC is the new OG Kush. It's technically an offspring part of OG Kush if the stories about its lineage are true. I admit... I am after them both.

I have around a dozen Platinum GSC clones vegging now. I don't know how it stacks up against Forum GSC. My buddy's finish sampled was ultra frosty, has loud smell along with good nuggetery shape, size and density. I would say that GSC is the new benchmark of this decade while OG Kush was last decade. Yet OG Kush will not go away anytime soon. No Sir! I can see its descendants continuing for tens, even hundreds of years down the road.

Hopefully peeps will keep OG Kush pure as possible defying death for hundreds of years to come. OG Kush is a National Treasure.

Are any of us pieguy, jigga or sflux? No. So none of us have the "real cookies" however I personally saw pieguy tell someone that the OGKB is the closest thing to the real cookies that any of them have seen come around.

im along the same line of thinking as forest... i absolutely love the chem dawg line. (especially my cuts : underdawg, pure kush, and an awesome og respectively) there is good reason why the og or "kush" craze happened and continues to this day. it is absolutely phenomenally all arouund AAA medicine. both in potency and flavor (and dosnt yield bad for such an elite) it has a wide range of medicinal qualities as well as recreational and that smell/flavor is just amazing. its rare to have such a dense concentration of smells and tastes that it makes people seek it out like fiends.

as for the GSC i have the real deal cut as well as the platinum GSC and both of those are also fantastic. although related there is a big difference between the cookies line and the chem line. id say both are equally good but in different ways. the cookies is more sublte tasting and dosnt have that kushy bottom end. that in no way implies inferiority. there is alot of hype around the cookies but there is good reason for it... it is great medicine, period.
this reminds me of the haze craze that lasted for a lot longer than the kush craze has so far and also for good reason. still today countless strains are crossed with haze and haze varieties haze still has many die hard fans that put it on the top of their list. hell, throughout the years there have been many "crazes" over certains srtains. here in humboldt 5-10 years ago everyone was on the purple kick. purple kush, purple urkle, lavender, gdp, etc... those strains are all good medicne and when grown right, they are AAA too. the thing about the chem line is that it makes some of the other elites look week. one's perception is one's reality and countless people perceive og (chem line)to be the best they have had. that dosnt mean there are not other strains out there that are just as good or better than og but one has to experience it in order to know it. its all a matter of preference and it seems a lot of people prefer og for very valid reasons. quality and availability.

It's gone. I crossed it to Orange crush, lavender, and LA Confidential, then let it go. I'm only working with the OGMango, and Gorilla plant at the moment.
Some Chemy gg and twangy OG should go together nicely.
I hear a gg sample just tested out 24%. I think it can go higher
