day'um...i just read all the way through this thread, hashed out, and a wave of emotions swept over me..mostly anger and sadness. i feel for you and your husband. does the courts decision prevent you from moving for the next 2 years? you seem like such a kind person..another victim of the system. i truly hope this gets behind you as soon as possible. take care

found the last threads I posted under the old name, which I can no longer access..the email acct I used has been recycled.
An update...
My daughter is still with the rat. I have little to no contact with her, my grandson does not know me as a result.
Probation is over March 9th.
Kentucky has a MMJ bill again this year...don't know if it will make it a vote or not. Lots of reefer madness mentality here...still.

Yeah, I would expect a lot of hard-core resistance to it any cannabis legislation (lol...truth be damned!). Still, it's Kentucky politics, so you never know!
