Basic 150 Watt HPS micro setup

I used to have a 4 x 4 x 7. tent and it was really nice, I got 70% of my money back when I sold it.
Just saying tents are nice.

Maybe I will invest in a 4 by 4 tent. I just don't have room for anything other than a 4 x 4, so I'd have to get rid of my existing rig. I put a lot of work into it, and I'd like to keep using it. I also don't think I'll have a personal need for much more than a 400W HPS and a 150W HPS and a CFL to veg with.

Tents are awesome, but for someone who's mechanically minded (and cheap) like me, the option to build something that will perfectly suit my needs is too tempting.

happy frog is decent soil. but it doesn't have much nutes compared to OCEAN FOREST.. me personally .. I use promix. but I have in the past. used promix.. mixed with foxfarms granules and made my own CLEAN OCEAN FOREST SOIL that u can make in any strength u want.. much cheaper. and a better source of soil !!!..

FOXFARMS soil is TRASH.. the nutes aren't bad.. but the soil is full of bugs and is never consistent.

drzin what I would do . is.. get a tent.. and then take what u have .. and put 2 shelves into it. .making it 3 separate lil areas.. then u can make seeds.. or have a clone area.. or seedling area.. shit.. u could have all 3.. just make sure if ur using anything to make seeds be careful u don't wana seed ur entire grow..

but cool lil box. but with that 150w hps.. u could get a half pound of bud. if u had a 2x2x5 instead lol.

Hey thanks Bred For Meds. Its terrible timing you tell me this about the happy frog.. I just bought another ten dolla bag. I'm going to get something else to mix into it- I'm thinking of getting this: http://www.coastofmaine.com/soils-quoddy.shtml

Apparently some people swear by it. Anyways Otherwise, I think I am going to just get a 40" by 40" tent and a 600W hps. Then I want to build one shelf into my existing closet so I can have a veg room in the bottom and a flower room at the top. With the tent and the closet I should be totally squared away.

what do you guys think?
