MKIII Extraction - Not Cannabis

So anyone out there using a MKIII extracting lets say oil out of rosemary, or clove or lavender?

I end up with lot's of herbs at the end of the growing season and I'm looking for a way to use them other than drying.

Particularly the rosemary as I'd like to experiment with my own formula to control remove spider mites.

The tamisium guy has videos of extracting lavender.....seems like a great idea if you got the spare time and machine.....lot of info out there about hops extraction using super critical co2 methods

It will work on all the terpenes, if the material is properly prepared, as they are all aromatic hydrocarbons.

We've done it with hops, and heard about lavender.

As soon as I get some time, I'm planning on building an MKIII just for Hops ... gonna winterize, and try to isolate some of the terps. Was down at my local Brewshop in town talking to them about the different types of Hops ... i mean I understand cannabis, but not hops so much.

I can't wait ... thanks GW for putting the bug in us all :tiphat:

I have been wondering about making essential oils as my wife and I make soaps and use them for such.
