Correct you are my man. Two PH controllers/monitors and two 3 GPD peristaltic chemical metering pumps. Ran me about 600 bucks with shipping for both setups. Could have gotten cheaper pumps, but you know how I am with quality. Yes a new thread is forthcoming . I'll try and make it soon so I can stop mudding up your thread with my dribble . Stole a few more ideas from you also, but I can't go spoiling the whole surprise

mister d... im just wondering.. have u ever done horizontal.. and how much has your yield increased going verT? .... I am stuck at .75 gram per watt.. and that's horizontal . with minimal work.. don't get me wrong.. wen I did my last SOG 2 harvests ago.. I hit 1.3grams per watt. but I don't count that in with my average.. because the amount of work I had to do to manage that sog was 3 times more then what I do now.. plus.. running 400-1000 clones at a time.. is soo sketchy.. paranoia kicked in when I realized they would fuck me hard if I was caught.!

1st to a 10 lb harvest with 3 stacked 600's, how'd that turn out? Anyone hit the mark?

Did 5 years worth of horizontal when I started out. Hard to put a number on the yield increase from going to vert though. At the time of the switch I was still in a pretty accelerated learning curve with growing in general. So I don't know how much to attribute to vert, and how much credit goes to learning to be a better grower. I will say there has been a definite and sizable increase since the switch, and I know I'm not even close to having vert dialed in yet.
If you are looking for a relatively easy (compared to sog) vert method I'd suggest you start studying the different methods for growing trees. DTW coco, or PPK's setup in the X pattern are my current favorites.

Lol that was more of an inside joke between a few of us. The idea was a friendly competition to see who's design/skills yielded the best. Seems everyone but me gave up on the rack design because of design difficulties. I didn't weigh my last harvest together, but if I was a betting man.... It was either FHC or me that won that bet. Next over extended bet/contest is biggest strawberry DD bud. Link is in my sig. Got a bit distracted with the real world for a minute there, but I'll be banging out the biggest bud here real soon
