sorry for my english
Can Fungus Gnat (i see them fly everywhere) do so much damge to a plant? how can i do?

Good photos, those do appear to be fungus gnats. They are a pest but they feed on decaying organic matter and therefore don't do much damage to plants. I get the yellow sticky traps and just try to interrupt their life cycle to keep them under control. Others use mosquito dunks to kill the larvae. You can also set raw potatoes in the soil to attract the larvae (be sure to remove and replace).

Another method I just recently learned is cinnamon. You have to get Saigon Cinnamon, sprinkle in the soil, stir up the surface a bit and water. It will kill the larvae, people around here swear by it.

Fungus gnats can eat at roots if they dont have other souces of food, but I've never seen them do that much damage to plants. You might have something else affecting your plants.

They can ruin a crop easily if they overpopulate.
Took me ages to get rid of them by cleaning between cycles and yellow sticky cards.

All the chemicals did nothing.

The dosage of neemoil and the need for emulsifier are changing between products - check the lables.
