SKYWALKER OG KUSH

if i were you i would clone them in a bubble cloner with an aquairium heater to bring the temps up to the 70's works for me on even the hardest to root clones i get roots in 10-14 days, when i see roots bumps forming i mist them with canna rizotonic. and if your not already doing it grow them babys in coco coir/ perlite with your choice of nutes
i use A.N. connissuer, sea green,and M.P.K. as a bloom booster.

Im doing RDWC buckets with hydroton as my flowering system. For clones I am using a home made bubble cloner. I have an aquarium heater in there but the temp is set at 72. Maybe I should go warmer.

i would raise the temp to the upper 70"s i run mine at 78 deg. also make sure the donor or mother plant is healthy i mist mine with a combo of cal mag, rhizotonic, and newly added sea green. i do it a couple times in the weeks leading up to cutting. there are just some small details that can make or break you when dealing with finickey strains.

Nice Mendo420, it looks like you had a pretty good summer up there north of the bay! I've been wondering how hard would it be to work in SF but have a home in one of the northern counties..

It's a long drive! 3-4 hours.
Sometimes its hard to make it down to the city.

But....

I am very lucky and work hard.
I had a great season, now 2014 is just around the corner.

I'll be running more of the Skywalker S1's in 2014.
2013 was the test for my Skywalker S1 seeds outdoors.
I was not sure how the S1's would do outdoors.

They were not the biggest plants and can get some PM but......
In the a sunny spot they are resistant to the PM.
One plant was said to have "JURASSIC" sized buds

Everyone was happy with the result.

I made some crosses with it in 2013
Fire OG x Skywalker
Strawberry x Skywalker
GSC x Skywallker
and more Skywalker S1's.

Ill be testing those in 2014!

I burned through a pile of amazing Skywalker from a trusted grower in 303 a year and a half ago and have been looking for the same quality product ever since. Love the taste, love the conversational head buzz, love everything about it!

Great info, I made a bunch of seeds, 501st OG crossed with a Cannabiogen Punta Rosa (14 week sativa, Panama x Punta Roja) and did a selection from about a 100 or so seeds. The best ones are very sweet pine smell with a smoke that tastes like cotton candy. There is also one that has a funky orange zing. The ceiling of the high has gone up quite a few notches. Early results, but I can agree rare dankness brought the fire. Stems have red color near the internodes. No pics for now.

Try making some sativa crosses guys, gives a new meaning to top shelf!

Sorry to say I didn't take notes, one was very early, so much that I thought she might be a 501st f2 that snuck in, guessing 9-10 weeks. I pulled her early to begin re-veg so can't really say. I think most are 11-12 weeks, but I need another few months with my short list of cuts from this run to get a better idea.

And I didn't label the buds, so one night trying them out with a friend we started on a joint that just wacked us in the face with immediate potency, my friend just kind of mumbled under his breath ,"that was...strong" then it leveled out with a very nice head buzz. Wish I knew which one did that. ;)

Pics maybe In a few months, would like to put it together with pheno variations and notes.
