Hello everyone,

I'm currently 4 weeks into flowering...
I'm only running whitelight 2x125W CFL's

Do I need to add yellow light as well????

Id supplement your clf with halogen or incandessant.
Way more red spectra, and IR for Emerson effect.
You'll shit.....

Red and orange are light spectrum's hues for flowering. Yellow can augment, but better to have red spectrum or if you have a panel, red, blue, white, orange...similar to second time and scarhole2 indicated.

You can get red spectrum cfl's. Recommendable if you only have 250w cfl. Any addition of light will help ring her home!

If you are on a budget, white (cool light....had blue in spectrum you cannot see w/ your eyes) will work...it just won't have buds mature fast.....it'll take longer to harvest.

Used 6-8 double tube shop lights vertically in a circle for photoperiods decades ago in a basement. Worked well.
