Pre-98' Snowdawg (Life Genetics)

So this past year, I spent some time working on the first hybrid line that I've bred in years. I'm planning on making these public in the future but in testing, it seems this cross went really well.

Using a Super-Snowdawg cut, I reversed it using CS and pollinated a genuine Pre-98' Bubba cut. The results have been pretty uniform, only 3 pheno's, all of which show an Indica dominance with one having slightly more Snowdawg traits.

The chosen phenotype I'm showing off here is one that reeks of fruity, chemical, coffee, and almost a candied taste and smell. The taste is very Snowdawg dominant with a Bubba back-end. The high smacks you in the face during the first hit and provides amazing nerve pain relief, and great muscle relaxing qualities. It's about 70/30 Indica Dominant, but doesn't knock you out unless smoking higher doses.

This is the first public cross for Life's new seed line. Look for more hybrids and genetic releases from LIG under the name 'Life Genetics' in the near future.

Thanks Adrift- It most certainly is. The flavor is unreal, it's like Bubba met up with a candied pineapple C99 (only way to describe this type of citrus) in a way, but with all the great Chem flavors and the hazlenut back-end of Pre-98. Indescribable. It's quite euphoric in it's high to. So I'm lovin it. Hoping others will to.

Looks raw, Life. While I've never had the pleasure of smoking or growing Snowdawg, I've had Pre 98' Bubba for some time. This sounds like an excellent matchup. I'll keep an eye out for it in the future.

Thanks Dr. H - I will say if you get the chance, definitely scoop a Snowdawg cut up if you can get one, since they are pretty rare at this point. I must say it's one of my personal favorites from the Chemdog line - It's got a great "Candied" Chem taste with an almost Bubblegum-esc quality to it. Very dank, and straight coated in crystals.

This baby girl is going to be the basis for a several of our first publicly released hybrid lines. S1's will probably be made available sometime around mid-summer to early-fall. Currently going through some channels to help get these out to everyone. Hopefully I am able to release these through Seedbay if all goes as planned.

No matter what though, keep an eye out, cause I'm really hoping to help bring some highly medicinal hybrids and strains to the growing/breeding community with the creation of 'Life Genetics'. Breeding has been a passion that I've always loved and put a great deal of care, time, and great consideration for selecting parental genetics (which I feel is sometimes the most over-looked aspect of SOME of today's breeders).

Glad to see people enjoying seeing this new cross as much as I have had in breeding it and working with it (not to mention smoking it).

Sounds good man - Stock should be ready and coming to the public this fall. Also Doing a Whurkle x Wifi Emperor F3 (White Fire x Emperor Kush) - should be pretty dank to - the whurkle has an amazing perfumey purple OG smell - it's basically all the fuel and earthy kush of OG with the lemon zest being replaced by a Perfumey Purple Grape taste. Truly special.

Your opinion is your opinion. But do you have any reason what-so-ever to say that this is a bad cross?

If someone makes an S1 hybrid (as is the only choice with two clone-only strains without making an IBL of one) - and it comes out with 3 phenotypes, 1 that is Snowdawg dom, 1 that is Pre-98 dom, and 1 that is a 50/50 of both... The one shown here is the Bubba Dominant but it's obvious to see the Snowdawg influence. How is that bad breeding, or remotely a bad cross??(especially when only 1 company has ever done a similar cross and they used a BX1 Snowdawg male?)

I just want to understand your train of logic, because simply saying something is a bad cross, when others see potential and something different they like, doesn't make it a bad cross. Not to mention if the line was ripe with hermaphrodites or extraneous phenotype numbers, I might understand, but like I said it's your opinion, everyone whose smoked it, loved it. Yet I'm just curious for your justification of labeling something "bad" when you have never ran it, you have never smoked it, and it's a cross no one else has done.

Just curious, but hating on a breeder just to hate, is pretty weak.
