Where are these 250 LP's who have applied...that website list should be growing....yet things are still pretty stagnant.

Are the LP's worried about injunctions (pipe dreams IMHO)...or do they want to see how badly the first few starters do? Or how well ?

Well if they are not licensed, when and if, the injunction is put into place and everything freeze's. They'll just have to wait until it can all be sorted in the courts. Once MMAR and MMPR are frozen with court orders, there will be, no new applicants, no new LP's, no new nothing, everything has to stop and stays at the "Status Quo".

What a shame that would be...lol.

All that money invested and forced to sit on your hands, until they are done in court...Could be weeks, months or even years. The longer it takes to set the new system up, the longer we can grow our own meds at a reasonable cost.

IMHO...I don't believe the injunction is a pipe dream...With approx. 500lbs a day needed for the 40,000 registered users in Canada. And only 3 LP's registered, with only 2 of the 3 supplying and the 3rd one needing another 6-7 months before it will be able to supply...I can't see NOT getting an injunction.

Go...Conroy...Go.

All I can relay is what I have heard through the grapevine.

I have been told that Conroy will be in court Feb./2014 in regards to the Constitutional Challenge against the MMPR. I do not know if this is just to set a date or to hear the argument for the injunction. I can not prove or disprove this statement, this is just what I was told by someone that I believe has access to good information.

Below is all that I could find that is relevant to the MMAR challenge in connection to Conroy. All who are interested are asked to check them out and read them, at the very least, you may learn something new.

I don't believe even processing into cana-butter is allowed the way the regs are written. I could be wrong on the canabutter thing tho..
