i personaly belive that rec will come mainly from the same place as med and im sure the non med places will be scoring under the table herb from basment pros from all over.the red card sounds like it comes with a discount.as for me ill be scoring a gram here and there to sample random shit in between my small harvest and possbly trading with others who have nice solid strains growing that i like alot.

Lets not forget all of the underground growers coming out of the shadows and setting up licensed warehouses to produce Rec buds to be sold wholesale to the Rec centers. There will be fire from them for sure.

hahah yeah darkvade, i was just saying the same thing to someone the other day! Like it used to be before regulation, you could sell your wares to any shop wanting and willing to purchase.
I doubt it will get quite that relaxed but you never know. Personally, I think that Free Market approach will always provide a better product at a better cost to the consumer. the tight regulation will keep a lot of good growers out.

ye i agree and not only that. I remember the selection of herb in the shops was fantastic .also they could have every strain in the shop grown from a random grower which was super nice.now it seems the shops nugs look close to the same as every strain they sale. probley cause they are using the same nutes same light same space same enviroment so most shops are getting you close the same crap even though it suppost to be different genetics.which to me is boring as hell.

On the TV news today they were commenting on the Retail vs. the Dispensary sales.

Said the retail would/is limited to 1oz per day.... and that it had to be tested for potency, and be less potent than the Dispensary product. IIRC

Potency is only going to be tested in edibles...not flowers. If memory serves me correctly there will be a 100 nanogram limit in edibles for Rec buyers...no such limits for Med Patients.

Seeds and flowers will be available to 21 and up...everything else is for only Med Patients.

1/4 ounce flower limit per purchase for out of state rec buyers, 1 ounce flower limit per purchase for residents.

(Bare with me) I live in Pa, where Fireworks happen to be illegal. In Ohio, which is a neighboring state, Fireworks are legal. But if i drive to Ohio to try and buy Fireworks, i have to show Valid Ohio ID. No out-of state sales.
But your telling me id be allowed to come to Co and buy weed with an Out of state ID?

Yep, go to a Rec store with your out of state ID and buy up to 1/4oz.

But you have to drive up to the Wyoming border to buy fireworks!!
