whats a good vaporizer pen?

I wanna get one of these pens, but should I be worried about the health effects of a $12 cheaply assembled Chinese vaporizer?
Those things heay up to.. what 350? 400? And you guys are saying those cheap pices of crap wont release any nasty shit?
And I have heard most the more expensive ones are the same cheap Chinese bullshit, just marked up 500%.
So are any of these really safe?
Am I beng crazy?
I kinda wanna get one of these pens, but im scared they are all cheap and from China.
Is there any pens made in the USA?
