Can you take a closer picture of the discoloration first? I want to check it to make sure. The pics were a bit far back and the problem looks pretty early. And sorry I'm not getting on regularly for your grow. I usually try to for first timers who actually WANT advice and not just show off, but this winter has been hellish in Stynky Land.
Something I noticed when I was beginning was that the transition schedule from veg to flower was never exactly right on the bottles. Seemed to cause some mild fan leaf discoloration almost every time I flipped before I started writing my own schedules. In my case it wasn't a huge deal though. I believe those pics are right from the flip so if you gave them flower nutes on day 1 flower it could just be that.
For the record, I used the GH 3 part or Floranova for the most part. I usually gave a 50/50 veg/flower base dose for the first week of flowering. Exact schedules were strain dependent and I might not have done it that way if I wasn't running DWC and completely changing the nute solution every 7-10 days. That took care of my issues, but I don't recall off the top of my head if Canna Aqua is a line you can mix the bases with. I only used it for 2-3 runs, and some lines you REALLY aren't supposed to do that with.
If that's what caused it though it should stop being a problem within a week or two of the flip. If I remember right the Canna aqua flower base has a good bit of nitrogen in it and they rely on a PK booster in their full line to get the ratios right for the later flowering stages.
