Different nutes for different strains?

Hi friends! My first time posting on here...

I just switched strains, I'm working with Kryptonite and SFV.
I'm running a DTW with rockwool cubes in perlite.
Recently, it seems as though only my SFVs are wilted and drooping, the stems even seem to be turning purple. The kryptonites are still nice and bush.

Has anyone heard of different strains requiring different nutrient ratios?? It seems like the SFV isn't getting something...

Also, I'm currently using a GenHydro nutrient schedule, including the Micro series and a lot of additives (like humic acid, guano, floralicious series, flora blend, flora nectar, rapid root and azos/mykos for veg). I'm thinking about switching to the Lucas Formula and just using the micro and bloom, but I'm scared!!! I've been using my schedule for a while and getting good results, but I keep running into stupid issues and it's pretty damn expensive to keep purchasing all these nutes!

should I just make the jump to Lucas and screw my schedule (its bascially the gen hydro feeding schedule)? I feel like I am just wasting my money if Lucas is all I need.

I included pictures of them in veg; there's a krytonite, a wilted SFV, and the stems of an SFV.

Thanks in advance for any and all advice!!!!

that doesn't look like a nutrient issue. Overwatered maybe? With such a dense canopy, light & heat cant get down very far. The shade slows evaporation, could lead to cold root-zone both of which slow water intake.

Different strains & different plants of the same strain may have different nutritional needs depending on genetics and environment. If one shows nutrient def/toxicity, address it as it comes. Dont try to buy a different product for every different situation.

If one plant is having problems, it usually just needs more or less food. I have had plants that required cal-mag while some didnt need it at all. I use Maxibloom and it contains Ca & Mg, I had to supplement for some plants. The plants were the same strain/

As for nutrient brands. I have used a few and settled on Maxibloom. I use it @ 7g/gal through veg and flower. It is simple, inexpensive and one part. As simple as it gets.

I do use Dynagro;s "protekt" as a pH up and silicon supplement as well.

Check the temps in the slabs .
Looks like cold roots and calcium lock out to me . Foliar with cal mag . And insulate the slabs .

Thanks for sharin

other than maxibloom ron what else is in your feeding

Just maxibloom. 7g/gal through veg and flower (I start seedlings at half that until they are established)

I have used DynaGro's "Protekt" as a pH up and a silicon supplement but ran out and have been using only MB and pH up. The MB will drop my tap water into the mid 4's pH.

I agree wit ron s. Just my two cents.....looks like overwateting and also less is more u dont nee sd all what u have. Your plantd look healthy n good growth . Elmer raises a good point as also. I use cal mag from gh sinvr its as organic as u will find. Better than botnicare.....peace.n.chicken grease
