Sure they do Someone working at $30 per hour wouldn't even be able to afford that. @ $9/g thats $4077 per lb when they can get a lb for $2000 from most growers and if illegal weed prices don't raise much (Currently $900-1100/lb in BC) and stay at say 1600-1800 in BC after April 1st 2014 why would anyone pay double+ for the same product.

100 days from now, if they don't have it dialed-in and are still mailing this "erb" out, I think the injunction will fly

watch the dispensarys have to re-open a couple months down the road, or have to find new MMPR loopholes to operate in a similar fashion with a doctor and PO boxes

The privacy breach is being handled by at least 2 different firms but it doesn't matter what one you sighn up with as its a class action.

it is rumored the last class action by the same lawyer netted 800,000,000 from health canada. so patients should be expecting 20,000 each, that is if their privacy was just breached, that is not including moving your grow, or upgrading security
