OK I picked up a 15 pack of SinCitySeeds Galactic Jack( AlienDogV2 x Sour Jack) a couple of months ago and Im ready to give it a run. I popped 2 seeds back in July but one was a runt and the other grew great but was a male.
So I popped a set of 5 seeds and I figured I would start a thread.
The seedlings are 15 days old now. They are in VermiSoil and have been receiving recommended strength DynaGro nutes and earthjuice catalyst. They are under 216w of T5s and will be sexed and flowered under 600w Hps. I will top them soon and clone the tops for preservation then sex them and remove males, hoping for 2-3 ladies. There is a good deal of variation of pheno between the seedlings ranging from medium width leaves and a lighter green to very wide leaves and a darker green. Once sexed they will be vegged under 432w of T5s untill around Dec1st when my flower tent will be clear for them. Lets hope this is some dank!!

I am open to suggestions...

Got two females out of a total of 7 seeds popped . Very wide leaves and very little branching on the two phenos I have. I'll be vegging them for next 5 weeks and then into flower .
I'm excited .

Not much to update. Still about 4 weeks until spots open up in the flowering area. I topped and cloned my two Galactic Jack females. Both are the same wide leaved pheno. Almost identical looking. Going to veg them till about Dec 1st. Hope to have a smoke report by the end of Feb.

Here are my two Galactic Jack ladies . Still in veg till the flower tent has space. Going into 7gallon pots next week. Thinking of vegging them under my 600w MH for a week before flipping to 12/12. Will it make any real difference ?? All my plants vegged under T5s now.

yes, it will make a difference, I clone and pre-veg under t-5s, then they go under 400 watt mh before finally going to the 1000 hps...hid lighting, mh or hps, will grow more vigorous plants. plants can be stressed going from t-5 to hid lighting too so make sure the light isn't too close at first.

Here are my two Galactic Jack ladies (front left ,back right) mixed in with a couple of my other strains. Just transplanted into 7gallon pots . Going into flower tent very soon . Going to veg them for one week under a 600w MH , then flip to 12/12 and one week later flip to HPS. Can't wait to taste the GJ!

8 days since I flipped to 12/12. Few more days and I'll switch from MH to HPS. Plants looking very healthy. Just using Tappin Roots fertilizer..

Those sure do look nice!! I really like the structure of them. They are so healthy too, leaves praying to the big bulb in the sky. Can't wait to see how these turn out. Going to get my popcorn now....

Almost week 4 of bloom They have overgrown my tentand I had to just bend main colas at 45* to keep them off the light , haha. Using a one part organic nute and hi brick molasses. Has moderately spaced nodes ,a light lemony scent ,very frosty. Thanks for interest !

Yield is undetermined as of yet lol. I have two phenos . One has fatter bud structure and no smell the other has thinner buds and a wonderful sour lemon smell. I'm hoping for 3-4oz of flower per plant. We shall see ! Thanks for the interest.

The pheno that does smell ( one doesn't ) smells like sour lemons. It's not a very powerful smell as far as penetration goes but weeks left and I'm going to feed her some more hibrix at day 45, has always kicked up trichs and smell for me. Thnx

Week 6. Both phenos going strong. One likes a lot less nutes and shows purple in the leaves the other likes strong feedings.

Trying not to count days when in flower and realized after checking my grow log that I'm actually starting week 9 of flower. Haha. Both ladies have sour lemony smell packing on weight now and nice trichs half cloudy half clear. Last feeding was the 28th. Just RO water till thier finished around week 11 I hope. Smoke report close. Ish it was finished so I could share some at the LA CC next week.

Harvest time. !! Week 9 it got the chop. Very sticky. Kind of a menthol/minty smell, mildly dank with a sour edge. I will do a proper smoke report once it cures a bit. But Ive smoked a few bong hits and it hits you hard and fast. Instant flush face , a kind of dampening of sound effect as your head rushes things go quieter. After 3 tokes it made my head spin and I wanted to be moving around. Good daytime smoke I think.
