Good Evening Y'all,

Just peeked in the tent.....day 20 flower and hope stretch is over as the light is as high as I can raise it.

My favorite so far.......a Super Lemon Haze I grew from seed that was pollinated on accident. Had 3 seeds total from that plant. Going to look thru my notes to see if it was a GH SLH or Mandela Satori male I had. Bad memory, Haha.

And as a side question..as you know I always have one...what do you think about that fake sign language guy at the Nelson Mandela memorial? WTF?

Unc, about the G.O. nutes.
I got some plants in flower around week 4. The bottom leaves are starting to yellow. Like its wants N. But these still got about 5 weeks left. Should I add any type of N? I have some Alaskan fish fert that is 5-1-1, I was thinking of adding a tsp. next feeding, in addition to the normal feeding.?.

In the past ive always just let them yellow out, no matter how early it starts. Im wondering your thoughts on Nitrogen halfway through flower. Using G.o. nutes in Sunshine 4 advanced.

I have a gg4 x gsc/fire that looks gg4 dom. And its a girl!
I got lucky, I only had 2 of those and they are both girls. One looks gg4 dom, one looks gsc/fire dom.

i wouldnt,youll just slow things down,and if its bottom leaves it doesnt really matter..

hey pappy mine were doing the same thing so I started using veg nutes along with the flower nutes on the plants and thing really improved, looks like the buds are even bigger, this is the first run doing so but they look good.

My lone gg4 is really pumping out the resin now. Its pretty crazy.

JW, what kind of nutes are you using?

Unc, I had your feed schedule written down, I cant find it offhand though. I know you use a couple extra things besides just the G.O. nutes. Like silica blast. But if your not adding any type of veg nutes or N in flowering, how do you get your plants to stay so green and healthy all the way til chop?
I dont necessarily need them to stay green untill chop, but keeping them green untill at least week 6 or 7 would be nice.

Also, do you use myco, like Great White at all?
I use it in veg, and around 10 days after transplants. Also I use it in AACT's that I occasionally make.
I was thinking of using some on my plants in question (week 4 flowering), just for the hell of it. I figure it prolly wouldn't hurt. Any thoughts on using myco halfway through flowering?

Sorry for all the questions, I know you got a lot of circles to spin and whatnot.

pappy as a rule of thumb i think of leaves this way,if its just one or two funky leaves,ignore it...if you're in flower and its just leaves not getting much light,ignore it.

major nute issues (N,P,K,Mg) generally start at the bottom of the plant,those elements and some others are considered "mobile" meaning the plant will move them from one place to another as needed.
micro nute issues generally start from the top of the plant.those elements are considered "immobile" since the plant cant move them from one spot to another.

seeing some yellowing low down during flower is pretty normal depending on how severe it is.the plant is putting all its energy into reproduction and so it will concentrate its resources where they are doing the most good.since the lights we use cant penetrate the canopy like the sun can,the plant will get rid of non productive lower leaves and use the nutrients elsewhere.

in veg i use for additives..

once/week
silica blast
gen hydro rapid start
GO bioweed
foliar of silica blast and fulvic acid


veg nutes

cal/mag
bioroots
grow


in flower for additives i use...
hygrozyme once/week
silica blast once/week
roots organic HPK (liquid bat guano) once/week (weeks2-flush)
gen hydro floralicious bloom once/week


you're right,i dont transition my nutes at all,i go straight to flowering nutes.for the first 2 weeks i use a light mix and dont add the bloom booster until budset starts...

an hour or so of tinkering and back to full touring mode...forgot i had a pair of fenders and it happens to be raining out today....
still not happy with the rear rack and trunk bag,think i will get a different rack and skip the trunk bag and get a small set of panniers for the rear and use the top of the rack to strap stuff to..

well it wasnt really raining hard or anything but it is like 40 degrees and raining out,only rode about 10 miles mostly doing town errands but i was warm and dry when i got home...definitely getting a new rear rack and another set of smaller panniers....the ogre is just so versatile a platform,just swapping a few things on or off and switching tires and bingo,a new bike to play with!

lol,by the time i get my bill trailer and the pugsly im gonna have quite the surly collection....they better toss me some swag!

I put my S1 PROJECT ON HOLD until I get some clones built up. I only have 2 they look so similar to HB that I cant do anything until I get it all labled properlyy.. I even took some cuts of Known GG#4 buds.. Some dude told me that doing this keeps the vigor high? I dont know if I believe that lol.. I want totry. Its not like I havent done this before. I will see if the clone of a bud is more vigerious then a normal cut.
