Hey! Speaking as a Browns' fan, I would like to say that comparing the Browns to tootsie rolls is a blatant smear against those chocolaty morsels. The Browns vs a team of tootsie rolls would likely end up as tie ball game.

I'm not sure. I posted this also too after hearing about only 1 in 9 whites get busted for pot in NYC where you'd think race wouldn't matter as much.

You'd think...but I'm guessing that cops everywhere are, in general, more judgemental/"fear feeling" personality types, which is one of the reasons they are attracted to that job...aka to protect all the nice people from the scary baddies. Racist thoughts would be one of the things that would play a part in a person's fears.

They likely have larger than normal amygdalas in their brains, which is the organ that controls the human fear response and leads to the healthy fight or flight response. It also leads to the unhealthy feeling of unreasonably judging our fellow humans as to their "safety" level, and this likely plays a part in many negative human thoughts.
