Hi there, Highlight!
Sorry to hear about your pal, cancer is tough stuff to be sure. :(

I’m sure vaping the BD was helpful for his nausea and anxiety, if nothing else; and Rick Simpson Phoenix Tears Oil, really seems to be amazing, life-saving stuff, (see "Run from the Cure" on YouTube…there are a number of threads on IC that can walk you through how to make it too), particularly if you can make it with high CBD flowers.

Hemp oil also has medicinal qualities…my mom takes a couple tablespoons/day, as well as Turmeric caps and broccoli sprouts, as we’ve read are good natural cancer fighters too…

Turmeric, broccoli and hemp oil can’t hurt, right?
And the RSO, if nothing else, will almost certainly be helpful for any anxiety and pain your friend might be experiencing.

I wish I could be of more help, but I am just getting into all this myself.
Good luck to you both!!

Well, get your tush on out here Highlight! It’s heaven! :kos:
I could not be more in love with this place! And I’ve moved around a lot…it’s crazy beautiful and the people here, are phenomenal!!

Weird that you are allergic to turmeric! I’ve also read that B-17 is also good for fighting cancer, so maybe suggest those as well.

As for ratios…go to YouTube and search for “how to make Rick Simpson oil” and a few videos will show you exactly what you need/how to make it!! (There are even small batch instructionals.)

Good luck!!

Hemp oil extracted the proper way will cure almost all cancers. Get about a half pound of bud, preferably a pound if you can, extract the oil using 99% alcohol, and follow Rick Simpsons instructions, and the cancer will be gone in a mater of months with any western medicine. I know because I've done it! Hit me up if anyone needs instruction on how to do this.

RSO oil seems very interesting but you need a lot of bud to make it. I made a minibatch using 30gr of bud and got about 5ml of "THC grease" -it was that thick. It helps my aches and pains but I don´t have recourses to make more without killing my stash.

The problem with ingesting oil to try to cure an aggressive cancer/tumor is that you need to ingest a lot of oil on a regular basis for a few months...

There are two problems with ingesting a lot of oil over that period of time.

1. It will take a lot of bud to product that much oil, probably a couple elbows ($3000-$5000 worth).

2. Ingesting 1-2 grams of oil a day is going to make you beyond high, high beyond what most hardcore smokers are even comfortable with. Finding a very rich CBD strain will greatly help tolerate these effects.

Once you have a serious disease and symptomatic, one makes the best "choice" for oneself. The options of Western Medicine is much worse than the "High" of rso.

Being so damn high I could see God's eyes' would be a pleasant relief from the GI distress, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting of chemo like drugs. IMHO

I buy "elbows" for as low as $300(on occasion) and good buds for oil. One just needs to shop on all days even Black Friday or moody Monday.:dance013: jpt

Hey Huel, "the problem with ingesting the oil?" You really see a problem with the ingesting the Hemp oil? Side effects includes plenty of sleep, and the munchies. About a pound of bud should take care of most cancers, in some cases way less. And that's if the patient hasn't taking any chemo/radiation. Street value for the bud needed is just over $2,000 and you're cured. Western treatment will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and no guarantee that you'll be cured. I usually make an indica strain of oil for the patient to medicate for sleep, and a sativa strain for energy during the day. When starting on the oil, you start with small doses and work your way up. You'll start to build a tolerance after the first week, so that's when you start to increase the dosage. First month or two the patient will enjoy the effects of the medicine, and by then the THC effects will barely be felt. Now the patient can really take a lot without feeling the high effects, but the high levels of THC is still working on the cancer causing the cells to commit suicide. Again, I know from experience from myself, and working with cancer patients, of whom are cancer free today. One patient with stage 4 breast cancer was cured after just 4 months ingesting oil made from just 5 ounces of prime bud. Her only side effects were sleep, and plenty of energy during the day. The other side effect was that she will grow old with her husband and three kids. Peace out my friends.

It depends what each individual is facing of course…

But $3-5K is a lot less than say the $40K joint replacement(s), (what I’m facing (again), if my bones continue to deteriorate and slowly die…cannabis oil can regenerate bone and increase circulation in my dying bones), it’s also significantly less than the chemo/radiation they are suggesting for my mother…

…Not to mention cannabis oil being a whole lot easier on the ol’ bod, with a much easier/shorter recovery time!!

It’s a 'no brainer' for usI…

I haven't experienced this personally, but it's easy to build up a tolerance from what I understand. 1 gram of oil would be majorly uncomfortable for me right now. After a month of incrementally higher doses, I'd be fine with a gram a day.

It has already been pointed out, but a couple pounds of good bud is a lot cheaper than mainstream medicine here in the US. I have good health insurance, but I still had to pay over $5000 out of pocket to fix an arm injury last year. Someone without insurance would have been out $30000 or more. That's just for an arm injury, not something life threatening like cancer.

High CBD strains are definitely a good suggestion for people who want higher doses without as much of a high. I'm growing Harlequin right now for the first time. I figure it will be good to keep a high CBD strain around in case I ever need it.

Folks say that making RSO requires too much bud. Can we really put a price on curing cancer? RSO is the real deal, it really works. I am not so greedy that I won't come up with a pound or a half pound of the best buds and turn it into oil to save the life of someone I love.

Get the bud, make the oil and save a life. It's up to us growers to take the lead on this miracle cure.

Have faith anyone questioning RSO, I promise you the oil works, just make some and try it. All of your doubts will be gone if you just properly make the oil and try it.

High CBD strains are good for seizures, but it is the THC that heals the majority of diseases.

Please only use high THC strains for curing cancer. Use a good indica, rick has mentioned White Widow as a great strain to heal cancer in the past. DO NOT USE A SPEEDY SATIVA or the effect of the oil will be like a potent simulant. You want to use an indica that is high in THC and sedative to cure cancer.

It seems some people are more scared of accidentally getting high than they are of dying from their cancer. I promise that if you take the oil as directed and very very slowly increase your dose, you will never once feel "high".

You start with an amount of oil half the size of a grain of rice. Stick with this amount until you are positive you can move forward to the goal of taking a full gram per day. Getting up to the full dose of a gram per day could take a few months, but if you go slow enough, I promise you will never feel "high".

I am of the belief we do need the THC and am making my rso for my treatment regime from Jack Herer (hi in CBD/thc), White Widow, Big Buds, Bubba Kush and a few others.

The strains I feel the most relief by toking are a bit more difficult to find and when I acquire those, I intend to do another round of the rso and include some CBD strain. I really don't expect it to "cure" my Multiple Sclerosis; but a remission would sure be nice!

I believe for my disease, it takes more for any significant change. But, I have lesions on my spine and brain.

My daytime rso will be Lemon Haze x Skunk. The clarity and feeling is kind to my disease. And a rather pleasant smoke.

I sort of feel like a strain that leaves an impression with me, is generally more medicinal. When it is in concentrated oil, I expect greater healing.

RSO is quite stable, I see no reason it could not be kept for at least a year or more without loss in effect.

At 20 something years old, I got high from some 30 year old pot found in my aunts attic and she confirmed it was from the 1970s.

RSO could possibly keep its potency for many years.

What is the best way to store RSO? Will it lose potency over time?

GrowGoddess speculates that it becomes more potent about 6-8 weeks after being made. And someone I've spoken to said he makes his oil and just 'lets it sit to air until it is really dry' before he gives it to his patients and reported his patients 'likes it better.'

Freezing or refrigerating should keep it for a long time. I had some around here in my fridge, I took a dab of a few weeks ago--just a potent as 15 mos ago. However, there are posts here pertaining to that breakdown of CBD's at some point. IDK where I read that though. Greywolf would be the person you need to read or contact. Look at his posts. jpt
