It was 1991 and I was on my first duty station in Catania, Sicily serving in the US Navy. There i was introduced to Italian Serie A, going to all the coffee shops to watch the various teams compete. I was hooked! For me these nothing better than smoking on some good shit watching AC Milan play Juve or Inter play Roma or Man.City play ManU or Chelsea play Liverpool. Watching Futball for me is like playing chess and only after 10 years does the game reveal itself to you..

Shock result in that game mate didnt see city coming back from 2-0 down after the first 12 min, then going on to win 2-3 away in Germany. Great result for them also if they scored 1 more goal last night they would of finished top of there group and avoided some of the power houses in the first round of knock out.

Been awhile since Liverpool FC have been in the Champions League but i think they will be back on the big stage next season where they belong.

Just hope my boyz will be there too, on current form they will be lucky to qualify for Europa League lol.

real football is not that american sport where men in tights using helmets run for like 5 minutes during the whole game holding an egg looking thing with their steroid filled hands.

real football is actually played with your feet, using a real ball, on actual grass, and the players run + 90 minutes, without steroids.

Pretty slim. We want top 4, anything else is a bonus. Just enjoying Suarez at the moment. 15 goals in 10 games i believe.

Suarez is playing a step faster than everyone else for Liverpool, I like watching him!

I've always been a ManCity fan and yes it surprised me when they came back. But they always had the players but they did it without Kun or YaYa. David Silva has always been better than Nazer IMO and it surprised me he wasn't played any the week prior. Pellegrini deserves the credit, at first I wasn't sure about him but know I'm sold!

Bayern was without Robben and Tiago at times is thinking too much, now i see why Barca let him go.

Watchin the game again, i dont like the ManCity Center back Demechele, he was constantly getting burned, hes the weak link Bayern attacked. ManCity should buy a World class CenterBack if they want to win ChampionLeag.

@watts i can see Liverpool finishing above 4th spot if Suarez stays fit and on form. Make the most of him though like you say before Real Madrid come knocking in the summer. If Bale is worth 100m whats Suarez worth ???

Supermanlives- When I started watchin Futball, I was lost like you. The game was kinda forced upon me whil in italy and only after watchin for 2years did i begin to SEE and understand the tactics. I would recommend you start watchin only Italian league Futbal , its slower paced, its counter attacking futball and more defensive in tactics. If you give it time I promise you will not find a more rewarding fulfilling sporting event. The rest of the world cant be wrong! Enjoy
