Need help identifying LED light make and model!

So a friend of mine has a 3 year old LED panel he got on EBAY for $270 at the time...but he doesnt know the make or model of it. Here is a picture (the one of the right) the information hes given me:

NEW 120 Watts Quad Band LED Grow light 2010 7th series

Anybody have any clues on to who makes this or what the model number is? He said he would let it go for $60 and there isnt anything wrong with it.

generic chinese ebay special is what they call them. does it only pull 60 or 70 watts?

You will never find out. Its not a cheap chinese knock off because all LED lights are made in china and rebranded by different companies here in the states.

Most LEDs are made in the same factory. You will never find out. That style is what every manufacture used from 2008-2011 then youll start to see the use of individual circle LED drivers and heatsinks like we see now.
