Thanx 3rd .... i do get my nutes from the shop but he doesn't carry AN's PH down so i have to order it . if it doesn't show very soon I'm gonna have to buy a bottle of that GH crap .

really weak lighting will slow the growth down on those GG's 3rd . i keep my moms under a single tube t5 & they stay pretty dormant till i put them under the big T5 rack when i need cuts .

Ahh, gotcha. Not trying to slow the GG's, trying to slow my SPG's until the ones in flower start to differentiate themselves and I can pick the keeper. I must say though it looks like Hortilab did a good job with the bx cause they could be clones at this point. Looks, structure, growth rate and odor is all identical.

The GG's are under a 600 all to themselves which will be dropped daily till it's right on top of them. In a week they should be under 1200 watts.

Third, on that first pick of the GG, if you were to top em again, do you top each one of those shoots? looks like you have 6 main branches at this point...

Exactly. I'll have the 6 main shoots but the top will bush out more. There comes a time when it is unnecessary to top anymore however and they just bush out on their own.

Usually once I have my main "legs" I call it good, so I'm not sure I'll top anymore. Basically I want something like this going on.

thanks for the pics 3rd! luckily i havent had to top anything the past 3 runs due to the flowering clones. below is before i cleaned up the suckers and anything that would be "larfy"

Want pollen from one male...which one would you choose? If they all suck......tell me and I will chunk all of them...planning on another real seed order so making seeds not really a priority but would like to experiment....just a few branches on each of my females.

The medium has a more desirable structure to pass on to future seed.... the small one has long internode spacing on the branches,

Dans your not going to beleave this ,when I first came to IC I offered the boo , a bunch of freebes yes ST#3 f2 & others. no response so I tossted them, I had about 500 or so.

I realized how bummed I'd be if the shop were to close as they are the only Canna dealer within 60 miles so I figure I'll do my part to keep them open.

So 3rd you use Canna.....and Dans uses Advanced Nutrients....what all products of those do you use? Right now I just use Maxibloom w/ Cal-Mag added...with GH pH up but have been looking at the Canna, House and Garden, Aptus, and Advanced Nutrient lines. Wow, those are expensive....but I believe in the old "you get what you pay for" phrase. So lets hear it.

I assume they are worth it.....or advanced growers wouldn't be using them

Many of us use different Nutrients. I use Botanicare PBP...

I use the full House & Garden line minus a few of their additives.....very happy with the results! I got the full H&G line for free so i figured id give it a whirl! Really like their Roots product

Uhhhh NO .... i only use advanced PH down ... thats it . i'm on the full line of canna like 3rd except i don't use the boost . He & i both use straight canna coco & canna coco nutrients with protekt silica .... i use it at 2 or 3 ml & he uses it as a PH up , so he uses alot less than i do .

Nutes are like pizza. They all will fill you up, you just may find you like one in particular that you prefer more than the others. Doesn't mean it's better, just that you prefer it.

If I were to add anything to Maxibloom it would be Floralicious Plus.

But then I'm a pepperoni guy.

Dans it's a Strawberry cough I am trying to locate that's was in my area for a while but I haven't seen it in 5 years and it was pure dank The guy who had the cut supposedly got the beans when they first came out n his keeper out of 30 of them M/F Unique smell taste look and High it first Surfaced around here that I know of in between 2000-02 pure fire even better then KKSC

cold rainy day here today...got the cooler cover put on and the cooler shut down finally,fired up the furnace so i actually have heat this winter...still hoping i dont need it like last year...got clones cut from all the seed plants,pruned everything up in veg as well...

but who cares about that stuff right?

had to banish the bikes to the back room finally,theres usually at least one in the house,but if that aint the one im riding then its in the way...
now they are all racked up proper in the back...right next to the camping gear...its a room that says..."hey,lets go do something"

wait until i get the drywall up and can hang some pegboard with all the tools racked out! plus of course the bike posters and whatnot...as i range farther and farther out i have been collecting a postcard or something from each spot i have been pining up next to the state parks map,so that will start getting more and more crowded...it will all get moved to the garage when that opens up...will still need room for the pugsly and the ted trailer...the trailer is next,then the pugsly...im still having fun with the camber...

lol .... i do that with my camper . i get stickers or state stickers from different spots we've spent the night in & plaster them on the door of my camper .
