RELOCATION ADVISE, CONSIDERING MICHIGAN AND OREGON...

I'M LOOKING TO RELOCATE TOA FRIENDLY STATE, CONSIDERING MICHIGAN AND OREGON AS MY FIRST OPTIONS. I NEED INPUTS ON COUNTIES/CITY LAWS, DISPENSARIES AND LIVING, ALSO OTHER STATES ARE WELCOME :thank you:

Thanks bro , I spent the summer in San Diego @ wifey's relatives and really liked it, then went back to LA to help a dying friend and drove a uhaul to Fl. sadly passed away 2 months later. I know the fact that is friendly but wifey doesn't like it too much and since I'm heading first is kinda expensive to support myself and the family back home but I do appreciate your response also planning to go to oaksterdam next summer I wanna have some kind of certification ahead for the future as I'm looking to work in this kind of trade and my country is also looking legalization but that seems to be longer than expected but just in case being ready

Colorado... hands down.

May not have the best dispensary action but it's most likely better than Oregon and you can grow here without any paperwork. You'll be able to buy crap from dispensaries without paperwork starting Jan 1st.

Also tons of folks in Colorado are the sharing and caring type.

Keep it Clean! :D

Thanks CLEAN GAME actually I was avoiding Cali and Colorado to my last, no discarding it but the reason I was thinking in Oregon is that I've been in Portland with my best friend and the smell and the mountains kinda remind us our country and feeling that way is more for wifey to feel comfortable. also commented to him my plans and since he works for a major airline he can transfer and wants to go with me,

I'm really looking into the dispensary action that way I can have my meds and make something extra from my overstock, I really appreciate it, if you can give more info about Colorado living, rentals, town life, utilities and recreation specially for family I will appreciate that too :thankyou:

That's other story and one that I feel comfortable with, even the 72 MIchigan allows sounds good to me, I'm not discarding Cali either but still looking inputs to convince family, if was only me I'll be anywhere but I'm tired of close calls and wanna go legit :thank you:

Michigan Laws suck ballsack right now. Basically intrapment. Unless u can grow 72 plants outdoors and only have 15 ounces of useable marijuana?

Good Luck

Good to know Paladin420 and appreciate your reply, can you give me more info about it? and hows the living over there, I heard employment is hard to get but for the price of living make it considerable and what you get for an elbow makes it tempting.

what's the dispensary action right now and for next year ?

Despensaries are illegal. Patient to patient is illegal. Any transfer not to your registered thru the state patient is illegal. 2.5 oz per patient including yourself equals 15 oz in your possession. 12 plants per patient. 72 plants max. Our attorney general is a nothing butt asscum. Our courts worse.

The state is beautiful. I live where all my cityrat brothers vacation. We just had an autumn that's was truly magical. Right up until old man winter has started brutally. This is a tough place to live.

Growers, caregivers, and patients are focusing on next fall. It's time to end prohibition.

Good luck
Pal

Colorado has grey areas man. that's why im moving there.. lol .. if u walk into a doctors office and get approved for medical. you need to tell them that smoking isn't for you.. you are interested in growing to make lots of edibles. and u can get increased plant counts.. up way past 99 !!! and Colorados DAs aren't the ones u gotta worry about. its the FEDS EVERYWERE... in Colorado the DA is a smart man.. and knows that pursuing legal grows is just wasting time and money..!!!.

that's were im going.. people are very friendly.. just don't move anywere friendly trying to become a huge grower and make millions. kuz it wont happen. if u want friendly u need to want to work . lol and grow for urself and close friends.!!!

Michigan is beautiful in the summer but in so many cities the economies are a disaster. Oregon is more progressive, more beautiful, and the dispensary prices are generally about half of what they are in Michigan with a better selection. For me the choice would be Oregon without a second thought.

Maybe someday if the Fed legalizes then all those vacant automotive factories could be converted to massive grow warehouses supplying the nation and the state could recover. But until then it's Oregon all the way.

Thanks ya'll

Thanks ya'll

Thanks buddies, I really like how icmaggers show love and help everyone. :respect: to all

PALADIN you really meant it, when you said is an entrapment

I still have time to move next year but still undecided, waiting for info on other states as well.

I have paperwork for 50 and there are doctors that will do paperwork for 99.

I use less than 14, but that's another story. lol

I live in the Rockies here at 10,000 feet and there are a lot of places at different altitudes in between. 52 peaks over 14,000 feet as well and a lot of national park land for having fun.

It's a lot cheaper to live and make a living at 1 mile up like Denver... it gets more expensive and there are fewer jobs/dispensaries/opportunities as you reach the 2 mile elevation.

The population is still very ignorant... but that's just due to prohibition being good at preventing the flow of information. That's all gone now... :dance013:

I'm kinda leaning about Oregon, Portland area but Colorado sounds good too, still undecided, I'm trying to get a hold to bro in law, he just moved last week to Cali 805 area code but don't know yet where's exactly. I'm try to check if he let me stay couple months and see what happen.

Colorado growers what counties or cities recommend ?

Oregon growers Do you guys think Portland is a good area to start or I should looking another cities? feeling like best option since my friend can transfer his airport job and that way I'm not gonna be alone and when we were there working the smell, climate and mountains kinda remind us our country, it was very nostalgic

Good to know. I thought it was a 7 plant limit.
Do you have to register with the state, and will a felony conviction eliminate me?

Can someone detailed me how to get a rec in Cali, Colorado, Oregon? I have crohn disease, insomnia and anxiety, nausea and bloody re-flux at night also had car accident last summer with an open injury in my knee and being prescribed tramadol, then percocet, then hydrocodone and now oxycontin, dr says I have a slow metabolism that's why he increase the doses since it take about 3 hours to take effect and last me for 2 and the pain still there and combined with my sleeping problems make it worst.

also how can I do to get the paperwork for 99 ?

You want to supply to dispensaries and retail? I haven't checked on the felony restrictions... I would imagine there would be.

The limit is 6 plants per adult over 21. So 12 in a normal 2-adult household, 18 in a 3 and so on and so forth. Half of which can be in flower.

For personal/medicinal use? My doctor didn't ask me about a criminal history and there's no need to contact the state for a red card if it's just personal use. No more talking to white coats with frilly-framed pieces of paper to treat yourself with a plant. :dance013:

With medical records for any of those conditions you can go to just about any advertising cannabis doctor... unless that's been shut down? I used Canna-Med years ago... still have a pen around here from when I signed up.

You need to grow and look up Holy Anointing Oil... will do you wonders. :)
