1 more month ....

Hopefully you have saved some $$$, and you can now move to a mj friendly state.

Good luck in the future.

My advice:

keep your nose clean for that entire year you're on parole: get a legit job, no drugs, probably no alcohol either (guessing it's a condition of your parole since you were in for a drug-related offense), no hanging around with people doing illegal stuff.

During that year start doing your research of where you wanna relocate, what you will do once you get there, and save as much money as possible.

Terribly sorry to hear you had to go through that. Now don't take any chances of messing up and having to go back, and you'll be free before you know.

Im glad you're out and almost thru your time. I have had the exact same thing happen to me, just last year, Just got out this summer, but still dealing with the legal percussions, and will be for quite a while. Its a fucking shame that we can be classified felons for growing or possessing a plant. Its insane! I feel for you brother. We're warriors in this fight, and unfortunately some of us will fall.. But the important thing is we rise back up and dont be defeated. We will eventually win the war, and than the real research into the benefits of cannabis will progress, and all will see this plant for its true power. Be safe brother, good luck in your journey

west coast bro...run as fast as you can ...
Why would you say that ???? unless this person is a college graduate with a bachelors degree other then that then it might not be the best place ,,,,
being most jobs coming available are in the silicon valley area
but again going out west and adding to the welfare chain
seems they have the most on welfare then anywhere else in the whole country ... must be easy to get welfare there huh ???
or is it go on welfare on tax payors dime grow weed until you get nabbed go back to jail will his previous conviction put him into strike 2 if caught would hate to see someone possibly spend 25 - life for growing weed to support himself again not sure if the strike system falls under Drugs it must
Its not just bout him folks he has a child as well
all i can say i am sure there are many places in the country where he can set roots and give his child nd himself chance at a normal good life

hello everyone I am off parole no thanks to my now ex girlfriend so where does a 42 year old deadhead grower start over? I have a five year old 2000 saved and ready to start over thank you all for input

CA
ME
MA

WA
CO

Plenty of states to go to start over with a new plan and grow. If you only have a couple g's, I'd go to a cheap state like ME.

It may sound crazy, but what do you think about using Linked In ?

In the grow world, there are plenty of people who realize, there's nothing wrong with 93 plants.

Plus it takes some major fortitude to make your way back.

I know in the corp. world, jail time is rather frowned upon.

But then, there's a lot of people in the corp. world who absolutely belong in jail.

Upside Down it is !
