canabis and work out

Hello everyone i have a question about canabis and workout maybe someone from here can help me.
I dont know if it is good or not to combine canabis with workout i know that if i smoke one Joint it Works as a muscle relaxer but i dont know if that helps positive or negative for the muscle grow.
For sure it depends when you smoke canabis, before or after the work out , like the food..
If someone know i'll be grateful to help me ,
and if someone think that post is not for this forum i delete it and maybe someone talk to me private about this thread..

I used to have a cannabis cookie and go on long swims, 5K or 10K, sometimes in pools, sometimes in the ocean.

Great way to work up an appetite.

Sometimes I would come face to face with leopard sharks near the end of the swim, when I was always hungry & thinking about food. (Leopard sharks don't normally attack people, they're just cool looking.)

I figure the leopard sharks were probably thinking about food too.

So there we both are, swimming along, thinking about food. (They never bit me.)

I also used to go to the gym & lift weights after eating cookies.

So it's a great way to work up a major case of the Munchies.


But one thing, if you take a hot bath afterwards, be careful about overflowing it because you're passed out. I did enough water damage over time that when I sold that condo it needed about $12K in mold repair work.

I used to smoke before I went to my Systema classes but now I wait until after class.
I find that my concentration on instruction is better. I need the mental and physical readiness that being buzzed dulled to the point that I was getting my ass kicked.
When I smoke after class and shower I get really high, easily.

According to the International Association of Cannaboids Medicine....there's two frames of thought. (It's my healthcare background peeping through). Use of cannabis can actually dilate capillaries that are normally constricted in an asthma incident. Flip side (this is smoking), there is an increase in blood pressure, according to LIVESTRONG web site.

Interestingly enough the triggers for heart attack....Belgium researchers reviewed the literature on triggers of heart attack (myocardial infarction). The most often observed factors were traffic exposure (7.4 per cent), physical exertion (6.2 per cent), alcohol (5.0 per cent), coffee (5.0 per cent), air pollution (4.8 per cent), negative emotions (3.9 per cent), anger (3.1 per cent), heavy meal (2.7 per cent), positive emotions (2.4 per cent), sexual activity (2.2 per cent), cocaine use (0.9 per cent), use of CANNABIS (0.8 per cent) AND respiratory infections (0.6 per cent). Eating cannabis enters blood stream at lower rate, as it is absorbed in the small intestine. Smoking, it enters body rapidly and interacts with oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange in the lungs.

My vote for cannabis is ingestion before exercise. If you look, there's a LOT of info on exercise curbing the craving, if you will, of cannabis. Same endorphins...just different route of achieving.......
