Lokkin good seafour. I have a question. My yields will nvr b what i want until i get plant / light ratio better. Everything up till now has been geared around getting my harvest rotation like i wanted. This past year, i have grown more different strains than i ever have. One thing same in all grows. Too many plants not enough space or light. What i am trying to learn is how to shape and trim to get the most light coverage without stalling out my plant or screwing it up. Fan leaves on the goblin queen are stacked so close its crazy. What the hell r u thinking when u say to urself this has to go?????? I understand better with purpose.

one trick I've learned is to do the cutting during dark hours, under a very dim green light. at night, the auxins are in the roots....

Ha!
You got the grower disease :dance013: welcome to the club.
Never enough space, always too many varieties to try.

Always consider that lower numbers are safest in an illegal state.
Bigger plants with lower counts will get you in less trouble in worst case scenario.

Now to your de-leafing, many opinions are argued.
My theory is: If a leaf is buried and in the shadows, then it serves little function.
I also believe that if the new branch coming off a node has 3-4 well developed leaves, then the original main leaf can go.
Just know that the top you just exposed to the light is your $$$$.

Some sativa dom strains can go without de-leafing at all, where others need thinning to make full use of all their bud sites.

Learning proper pruning, watering, soil nutrient content and feeding are the lessons we learn to become masters of this craft.
Learning can be an anxious task, but also realize that a healthy plant can handle a bit of abuse.
Relax, pluck a few leaves, watch it kick ass, then lesson learned.

The one Ravnus photo I took above is a good 12-16" taller than my other two Rav phenos going. All in 5G SPs with a happy soil mix. Promix, EWC, lots of perlite, meals, guano, chicken manure, wood-ash. Feeding ACT once a month, vermi-tea twice a month.

Yum

Love Living It!!

I can attest to the quantum stoner effects of the DarkRom. ;)

So far out of all my jars the Ravnus is smelling the strongest.

Been holding off on smoking but think its time to blaze some.

Right now the Nocturnal is working good.

as always:woohoo:

:thank you:lord

I grew 2 D. Rom females.
Stone was way above the average shwag.
Both were a bit too hermie prone, moved on.

Still haven't grown a Ravnus.
But has a nice pedigree
Jones'n for a smoke report.

I really like the Nocturnal.
Love fruity smells and tastes.
Stone to boot - Nom nom:)
