There is a firm in Vancouver that has launched a class action in the supreme court. They are just waiting to see if the application will be accepted. They are asking for names of people that want to be involved and its completely a free service.

there is going to be sooooo many lawsuites with all the big corps. like credit cards, paypal, banks, courts, employers almost every and any mainstay corp in society, it is going to be the shit storm of all shit storm. law firms are going to get rich.

No getting ready for April and eventual price increase. You'd be surprised how many set usp are still running illegally as those people didn't want a license.

I just had a guy pick up 1000 5gal pots from me all for after the licenses.
A few guys already got their generators ready and places are being built.
Several people I talked to plan on running 3-4 lights and there's still quite a few baby makers out there that say they have no plans of stopping.
You have to realize that the mount of people who wont, don't care or cant be bothered to go though the doctor/prescription steps will always outnumber people who will 100 to 1. Also who says doctors will be willing to sing the paper work, just like with any opiates or other drugs especially with Cannabis since its still not a registered drug.
Also working vs smoking on the job is still a monster gray area and look for law suits coming up. Employers are going to be hit the most as they can't discriminate but they can also be charged for not making the work place safer for all employees. So you tell your boss that you got a prescription and only smoke/ingest after and on personal time well you'd better hope you don't fuck up at work.
i just finished helping build out a huge place it took 3 days to setup ballast wiring taking the longest because they were all old ruster 1000s
but the setup was all done in grow tents 10x35 feet long. short term lease.
it was pretty awesome i think all in what was a box store. things coming to full circle. just as the death of the big box store is happening the death of the weed biz is happening

haha man i could only imagine them sending letters to all the california medical marijuana script holders advising us to destroy our cannabis...and to mix it with cat litter! canadians should be mailing clumps of old cat litter to any address associated with HC, and politicians and corporations that sponsored the new laws.

nice to know people still setting up grows lol....i feel like an idiot setting up a new indoor spot in CA but i know we still got some good time left in the US, most of our states are still black market and even the new "medical" states are so over-regulated that there is still nice wiggle room for the underground producers.
