^^^ Yes, and Yes.^^ I will say that P is a little high for veg ratio and ph is about right going in but that looks like pure peat without much of a buffer so your root zone may be getting acidic. Wish I had more but let 'em dry out a little and look into mixing your own soil with manures, pumice, castings ect. Good luck!

if its not overwater then your ph is realllly low. but we're all saying overwater cuz those plants look just like every single overwatered plant i've ever laid my eyes on. for further proof see my gallery.

You are saying they are not over watered, while everyone else thinks they are over watered by the pix. If they are not over watered as you say (I still think they are), there is something wrong with your mix. Roots are not getting oxygen due to over watering or soil that is over compacted. Perlite or some coco in the mix would have helped that, but it's too late now. From the looks of the stems, which are very spindly for plants of that height, I have to say these plants have PH lockout, probably from the beginning. I would say check the runoff PH, but I hesitate to tell you to water more to check runoff. Maybe try it on one plant and see what your runoff PH is. But your soil in the root zone is probably compacted which will make it soggy, and because of this, the roots are not getting enough oxygen. So, even though you think you are not over watering, your plants say something else. Pull one of them out of its pot, and examine the root zone. i am betting it is soggy.

Your plants are lacking potassium. The fertilizer you are using has a potassium level of zero. Plants require a HUGE amount of potassium; typically equal (or close to) the amount of Nitrogen in veg or the amount of Phosphorous in bloom (depending on the substrate being used.) The yellowing pattern and early leaf senescence matches K deficiency, and potassium also directly regulates water circulation in the plant.

If you are having a hard time sourcing a full balanced nutrient, you can obtain potassium from wood ash. It typically has about 4% K so be careful.... it can be easy to go too heavy and start locking out other nutes.

Best of luck!

how heavy is the pot?

heavy pot + no watering = root problem (in my experience)

good luck...

Yes you need a more balanced fert w/trace minerals. They don't have basic gardening splys at your grocery? You don't have a big box or hardware store or nursery in your burg? Good luck. -granger

Granger and greendream are right. Using a 4-8-0 fertiliser is no good.

Get any balanced plant food in any shop. Doesn't even have to be a garden center... anywhere that has basic bottles of every day plant food will have something better balanced than that.

You've stripped the lower leaves off gradually as the plant's grown by the look of it, probably because they were totally yellow. That means the plant is using them up for food. All you're doing by removing them is making the plant begin eating the next ones up.

Get your feed sorted or soon you'll have totally yellow plants and no foliage. The plant will recover from that as long as there's something left to harvest energy and it's being fed properly at that point... but it'll take a long while to fix itself.
