H202 mix for water for powdery mildew!

I have powdery mildew! I have a bottle of h202 10%
Can somebody tell me the correct ratio to mix this water to safely spray my plants!
The bottle says 250ml 10% H202.
How many ml should i add per litre? To spray plants!

I use 2-3 TBL/gal of 3%. That works out to about 2.5 ml/Liter of 10%. Good luck. -granger

When using 35% food grade h2o2 the ratio is 1:11, so divide by ~ 3
