Mass wanting to tax MMJ instead of non-profit....

At the moment here in Colorado they are going to slap a hefty tax on recreational. It is 15% excise tax on the product, 10% sales tax in the store, which are all state taxes. Each city is allowed to slap on their own sales tax. Right now Denver city is 2.5% but they will probably change that because all the old drug warriors are getting pretty desperate to stop recreational weed any way they can. We have had a lot of trouble due to the Columbian cartels here very recently and I hope the high taxes doesn't drive business to them. They state has been fishing around to find what the average sales price is so they know how much to tax.

ya people in Colorado will also ship out of state.. and sell to everyone either way just becareful sell to friends and family.. and good friends of your friends..

taxachussetts. I cant even imagine the price after taxes.yall only hope is nh legalizes and then you can get yours tax free.live free or die in nh ,stay in ma and get taxed to death

Well you get some smart sob figuring tax the hell out of it, keep the black market going, and we can still arrest the poor bastard needing meds or just trying to relieve a little stress. Man talk about an uphill battle.
