Hello everyone, I've been lurking these forums since Over Grow was shut down years back. I've finally made a profile on here and am ready to show my current grow and stop being a stranger.

As of right now, I am starting the 4th week of veg. I'll go ahead and list the specs to get everything started.

10' x 20' Garage:

  • 2x 1000w Hortilux super HPS
  • Air cooled reflectors
  • 6" Can fan
  • 6" Carbon Scrubber
  • CO2 tank
  • Titan Atlas 3 CO2 controller
  • Fox Farm soil

Nutrients:
Botanicare

  • Pro blend Grow
  • Pro blend Bloom
  • Liquid karma
  • Sweet Raw
  • Clearex
Canna

  • Cannazym
  • Boost
  • Pk 13/14
Misc.

  • Plant Success - Orca & Great White
  • Advanced Nutrients - Final Phase

I unfortunately had to buy various clones from the local dispensaries instead of selecting a keeper pheno from a 10 pack. I honestly can't say if the strains are what the dispensaries say they are but I am currently growing "Jedi kush, Skywalker OG, Purple Kryptonite, Strawberry Dream, Plantinum Bubba Kush, and Apothecary OG"... :dunno:
Hopefully after this run is finished, I'll have my hands on some BOG genetics.

Anyways, as I was saying, I'm about 3-4 weeks into veg. I have the SCROG net setup at roughly 32" height and 10' x 5' L x W. The plants, from net to soil, are about 2 ft tall and are starting to fill the screen. I've been trying out the defoliation method and have been excessively pruning trying to get the plants used to defoliation. And as I've read, I'll be trim a majority of the leaves twice during flowering.

The room setup is currently an open system where I am exhausting the air in the room outside. I know, I know... I'm wasting my CO2. However as of right now, its cheaper for me to keep swapping tanks than to buy an A/C unit and seal the room. For my next run I will definitely be buying an A/C units, but for right now, I'll just take advantage of this seasons cool weather.

This is my first Grow Diary... Hopefully all goes well Cheers!

Current Week - Week 4

Already had to Swap out the CO2 tank for a filled, but gotta keep the ladies happy. Temps and rH have been steady. CO2 back up to ~1450 ppm. Starting to bend a few branches while waiting for the others to catch up. I also finished setting up a small veg room inside the garage. Hopefully this weekend I'll be making a trip to the harborside collective. I've heard BOG mention that they carried clones of his genetics. I'm eager to have them start vegetating for the next round.

I'm currently using my phone to take pictures.. Next time I'll bring my cannon rebel to take some quality shots of the whole room. :joint:

Thank you Harry Gypsna! I definitely hope so, I'm making sure to do things right this time without half-assed shortcuts. =)

Thank you guys, I really appreciate the feedback and complements.
Thecleangame - I was reading a few posts talking about that, I need to look into that. As of right now I have to seal the room, I just wasted a full tank of CO2 while in a day. The CO2 controller was trying to maintain 1400 ppm while the can fan was exhausting the air in the room. So I guess it's to invest in an a/c and just enclose the room.

Sorry for the grammatical errors. Been smoking a nice fatty and can't figure out how to edit the post. Hahah :joint:

1000 ppm is the ideal go to. lookin good. you plan to up-pot or transplant them at all? their legs would be stretching way better if they were in bigger pots/smart pots/make that shit a bed. haha.

Classic Remix- I wasn't planning on repotting, I figure 5 gallons would be big enough. I've grown 6-7 foot trees with just 5 gallons and I'm to keep these ladies at 3 foot because I'm scroging. Plus I'm thinking of switching to RDWC for my next run, so it would be a PITA to get rid of all that soil after.

Hello everyone!! and welcome to a New Year!!!
I apologize in regards to updating my progress. It has been a very busy month especially with the holidays. Had a hand full of problems. Got the wrong a.c. unit, had high humidity for the first week of flower which caused some powdery mildew, was hit with black aphids and some how some spider mites came into the mix. I have been combating everything for the last few weeks. Powdery mildew is not an issue anymore, aphids and mites almost extinict. And next week I will be purchasing the right a.c. (12,000 btu dual vent). However, even with all the problems we have encountered, everything is still running smoothly.

Now for some pictures of the progress!!
Today marks 31 days in flower since 12/12 flip

Week 2 Flower (8 days)

I'll take week 4 pictures shortly, all images have been white balanced so you can see the true color of everything.

I will admit the screen isn't as filled out as it as I would have liked, it's been a real pain trying to get 7 different strains to stay at the same height. However, defoliating has definitely helped some of the shorter plants in back receive more light as well as some of the bud sites below the main canopy. Hopefully this will help us reach our estimated yield.

It definitely looks like I have a lot of 9-10 week hybrids, I'm thinking about hitting them with pk 13/14 at week 5.
