I would think h202 in every other day doses or aquashield would help.
Ive brought back roots from rot with both of those in dwc and rdwc in the past.
I usually run a live rez though so clorine and too high of dose of h202 would kill everything.
I'll have to do some more research on Co2 in the rez, so far its all bad from past threads on the subject.
Ive often thought of bleeding pure oxygen at low ammounts into the rez to supercharge the oxygen content.

Thanks man, i picked up some Aquashield from the hydro store today. I also got some Superthrive, iv heard a lot of good things about it.

Update, 11/11 Day 48 from seed
The aqua shield and super thrive cleaned the roots up and my plants are nice and perky now. Im going to be building a scrog net this week with pvc piping and i just had a couple questions about scrogs
1. At what height do you start scroging? My plants are about 10-11 inches tall
2. Do you veg the plans through the screen and weave them or do you do that when you flip to 12/12 with the hps?
3. How would i do my res changes? My only guess would be to just drain out the buckets with the side indicator tube i have and refill by top feeding the hydoton?

Day 51 from seed. I changed the res yesterday on both buckets. I also just set up my other tent for clones. Am i able to cut clones now or do you take cuttings for clones during flowering? I think im going to go with clonex for my cloning solution and put them in my mini grodan rock wool cubes in the dome.

Hers some new pics of my ladies outside the tent. Are these ready to cut clones off of? I'm picking up some clonex this week, does it matter where you cut for your clones? I know it has to be cut at a 45 degree angle and put into the humidity dome immediately after

And when using a scrog screen what is the best way to do reservoir changes with a dwc?

Do a modular screen on each bucket attatched to the lid.
Use pvc and make octagons with 45° elbows.
