I think that there was some damage caused to the plant which has resulted in partial wilting of the damaged section of plant material but it is still connected enough to pass water into the Tracheids of that section of plant causing Botrytis.

The part in the picture that is damaged looks partially dry!

The only way I think it could be damaged is from my vert 100w but does not look burnt, it isn't crispy just feels wilted what u think I should keep eye on it if gets worse do emergency flush and chop? Thanks for info dude anymore would be appreciated as never had this problem before, this is only happening on 1 plant of 3

I personally would put that plant in the corner away from the other healthy girls, I would also most likely cut out the infected area, if you have a petri dish, place it in one and look under a microscope and see if it has pests in the sample or if you can see anything else, you could send it to a lab for analysis if you want to know for sure.

Keep an eye on that plant I wouldn't be surprised if that localised infection spreads, if the plants are all of the same gene type then either they will all be susceptible to this disorder or this plant is one of a few runts to be expected in that particular seed line.

What I see there is 100% consistent with Botrytis infection: wilted, drying, discolored leaves in one of the largest buds.

You'll tug the leaves and they'll come out. The budlet itself may already be dry; at the base the stem will be browned and its tissue deteriorated. You can tell looking at the stem which parts are already suffering infection.

I agree with those who recommend cutting it out. But if you can keep the humidity under about 50% it might not spread--that's been what I've seen on these ones that dry out before they spiderweb up.

Hello everyone went into the groom last night removed the effect but to find this...the effected part looks like it's in the same place as the supercrop early in flower to try force lower growth, the plant has now been chopped due to the spread real shame as she was doing great, I did notice she wasn't drinking like the others. I will be having a full look over the other ladies due lights on, will get some pictures as they are only week 5+ in flower now
