MTG seeds?

Anyone heard of these guys or grown any of their stuff? Their prezidential kush, cherry og, godfather og, and stony creek og sound good. But they make everything sound good. Just trying to find some new strains for the next run

I'm wondering the same thing. I've been eyeing the C.B.Diesel and the B-4

C.B.Diesel is Harlequin x Turbo Diesel
B-4 is Blue Dream x Chemdawg #4

Both sound like promising genetics.

Has anyone done any MTG seeds on this forum?

Buddy of mine who has a dispensary that stocks them shot me a pack of their Cherry Bomb ibl to try out. I can't find any info on the pedigree, whether its from old Reeferman stock, Mr. Greengenes....

I'm gonna pop some soon.

MTG seems like they are all about the yield thats why mtg stands for money tree genetics. The B-4 and the cream are the biggest plants in the garden besides a trainwreck big bud haze cross i have.they seem like the new no bull shit seed company for my gardens.

I went with the ibl cause their hybrids seemed a little meh....I haven't tried them so it's just the feeling I got from browsing their wares and website. Very slick looking packaging and marketing, just haven't heard squat about the actual herb, lol.

I always wanted to get RM's Cherry Bomb back in the day and am anxious to see what comes of these.

Fwiw...

Just know what you're getting. If CBDiesel is indeed HQ x MTG's version of Sour Diesel (a high CBD varietal), you should get half THC-only, and half CBD-THC mixed phenotype.

If you don't know what to look for in a CBD plant and have no money to test, you won't now if you're blowing on a pure THC Harlequin cross or the CBD-THC mix which is the only reason for the HQ cross in the first place.

Thanks, that makes sense.

I am in a medical state, and the med clubs I work with test everything.

I will keep whatever phenos I have marked and have them each tested for cannabinoid profiles.

It's not going to be a quick selection process, but my medical patients are worth the time and expense.

I am after a high CBD strain with a fuel / skunky aroma and taste. A good yielder would be nice too :)

Ran into these guys over at Waterfall Wellness in SF the other day.

They told me that the CBDiesel I bought has been testing at over 17% CBD.

It also won the High Tines Cannabis cup this year for best CBD strain.

STOKED!

Hard to find grow reports on their gear. Have met their main grower/breeder. Guy seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I trust that their gear is legit. I have bought several packs for future runs.

I got the Cherry Ibl to try, from what i hear it should be great. Now the turboD crosses i would be hesitant on, I didnt like turbo d when i ran her a bunch of years ago just couldnt find a keeper pheno and all plants were pretty mediocre but it did yield very well...

critter that you .. long time no see ....if it is you good to see you on the boards again . some of us old school still around .. if you want a strain to drop its Pheno . rise or lower your temp by a few degrees each ever 3 or 4 days . most strains will produce seed over a few weeks .if you drop or rise your temp over those two weeks you have a better chance of it dropping more phenol type and if you keep your temp the same threw the seed development span the strain may have been produced in a temp higher or lower and this may be why some strain bases don't drop their best phenol types . its not the seed we get its the difference between our grow and the environment the seeds were produces in ...

I grew out the firebomb and got a nice pheno. Tight nugs with a sweet smell and taste and frosty. The high was nice and mellow. I got their prez 1.2 and Kingston confidential to give a go. I'd recommend them.

Stopped by there booth at Emerald Cup last weekend and grab a free sample of the CB Diesel. Lookin forward to poping them soon. All the nugs they had on display smelled great, better then most of the booths in my opinion. They had a strain I believe was called Orange Turbo that smelled amazing.
