The temperature last week were too high, 82. But its been at 73 for the last few days and still they look bad. I was wondering if this is root rot. Please take a look and tell me what you think.

The temperature last week were too high, 82. But its been at 73 for the last few days and still they look bad. I was wondering if this is root rot. Please take a look and tell me what you think.

I fed them 4 days ago and then gave a little more yesterday. I fed them standard nutrients 4 days ago and just plain water yesterday. I transplanted about 12 days ago. I'm in veg right now.

looks like you might have some cal/mag issues just starting. I think you could lower your dosage of food a bit and add some epsom salts to it. your leaves look like they got hit a bit too hard with ferts at some point recently in there lives. let your pots dry out good before you water you might want to get a ppm pen and a ph pen so if this do start to go west fast you have a idea of why, and adjust. up pot before you flower for the burst of growth.

I have a ppm and pH pen but I only use it for my aero/hydroponics. I'll start checking ppm for soil. I pH my water for soil and it comes out of a reverse osmosis system. I have been supplementing them with GH Cal/Mag.
Next watering i'll give them plain water with a bit of Cal/Mag and see what happens.

They were looking dry. I gave them 24 oz of water yesterday with a bit of Cal/Mag in there.

ive found that with root rot.. that if u transplant.. and cut off the rot itself.. and then transplant it and use a nice shot of an enzyme.. n some rhizotonic or something. for roots.. and see what happens.. gota keep it dry to avoid root rot.. its a pain.. but better off with smaller waterings.. and have it dry out everyday.. then let it stay wet for a while..
i would say you're overwatering which is causing a nutrient lockout. or mag def.

Looks to me like poor gas exchange. How is your air flow? You should be moving the room air once per minute or two. Remember plants cannot breathe in as they don't have lungs. You have to move air across the leaf surface area for the air/gas to move into the tissue of the plant. Definitely use CO2 and a oscillating fan...then do everything else that the other members have recommended in this thread (great tips).

Thanks for all the advice! I just transplanted the plants 2 days ago. I want to say that I am definitely over watering these guys.
These are up to date pictures and the ones on the right are doing great and the ones on the left aren't so much. I am now watering them very minimally.

Hard to tell on some issues because of the yellow light. What color(s) are the leaves?
How did the roots look when you transplanted? Should be white and fuzzy.
In soil I always go by weight in order to know when to water. If it's at all heavy then it's got plenty of water. Wait till it's pretty light or risk drowning and killing the roots which will lead to low nutrient uptake and rot.

Update: I started watering way less. They still look a little sad.
they don't look overwatered anymore, just seem to be suffering Mag def. add 1-2tsp/gal epson salt when you water next few waterings. everything else looks ok...as OK as i can tell from a picture of a yellow plant under yellow light.

looks good, i would up the nitrogen a tiny bit, and keep going with the epsom salt at least till midway through flower.
Mag boss you need more, nitrogen def starts at tips and works it way back. mag whole leaves and veins stay green.some of them look like nitrogen as well so a bit of that too how far are you along the road?
