I have a regular guy I get from when waiting for the next harvest...I usuly get regular mexi brick. but as of lately he has been getting HQ mexi brick. its still mostly bricked but also has a lot of good trich on the nugs. with nice round nugs.
This time he got some purple mexi brick also with lots of trich and with nice round nugs.

so where do ya think the nugs really might have come from or do ya think the Mexicans just grew some purple goodness.

the buzz I get from it, is a good mix of first the body high then gives u a heady high. the tast is most definitely that of berry of sorts. yumm yumm. there seems to be only a few seeds in this batch.

Germ those beans I just flipped 3 mexi bag seeds and they look pretty damn decient so far.. But yeha from what I understand they have been going with faster flower indies vs. the good satv. Cause of heat from the gov/army down there.. So who knows what it could be, looks pretty good for brick I'd pop them...

I think that bud looks like that because the used trimming machine and did not clean barrel just put oil to keep it going.

Very intriguing... any updates on this?

Back around 1999-2001 we used to run across some purple brick much like in your pics and it had the best warm relaxing floaty long lasting happy high.
A surprisingly far better high than most of the nugs we had access to at the time and it was insanely cheap.
We'd stock the hell up when it came around and be high as kites for weeks :smoke out:

Tried some seeds outside but the varmints got to em.

It really depends on where you go in Mexico to get the bud. I found that the bud in the East of Mexico is far better then the bud in the West.. I thought the bud in Playa Del Carmen really sucked big time . But the bud in the East wasn't that bad.. Stay frosty headband 707

Damn! I don't get anything like that over here :p beautiful.

I never get bag seed, which is good that there's not heavy seeding, but also sad that I don't get to grow the nice stuff when I get it either...

I'm not looking at a map, but I thought playa del Carmen was about as Far East in Mexico as you could go. I could be wrong.

Also I'm growing some Mexican bag seed that isn't looking to great, it doesn't like much N , looks like it's got nitrogen abundance, I do my other plants the same and they don't look like green plastic-y . I just started them while waiting for some internetz seeds to come in.

OK so its now 11 weeks of blooming time. Ok so harvest all of them. then I cleaned out their home. so I then moved in the next lady.

all my ladies this round was grown under a nice LED grow light. AND I am very impressed with this light. I did a full month of research befor buying the one I did buy.
The flowers under the LED light came out very compact when compared to my other 200watt CFL light.
Also the LED I got is cob lighting.

Looks gnarly, in a good way! I'm looking into LED's myself, they seem very promising.

Keep us posted on how she turns out.
