Original Amnesia, Reservoir sssdh, Mr Nice SSH, + Others
Hi guys/gals,

Recently finished my first attempt at growing, and had a lot of fun along the way. Learnt lots, and still got so much more to learn.
Strains were:
Jungle Cheese (trichome jungle seeds, purple pics below)
Supersilverhaze (mr nice seeds)

Plants were grown in Biobizz lightmix/allmix soil
Used H&G Soil A+B.

From my 1st attempt, i really liked only one pheno, and it was a supersilverhaze lady. Jungle cheese was nice, but this one haze had the smell and potency to win my affection, lol
Hoping she stays with me for some time...I first thought she was a herm, but then found out the extension plug light was messing her nights sleep. Gave some cuts out of her prior to light issue, and luckily I got her back.

Thats my only keeper from round 1. So , in the quest for some more plants, i popped more seeds....I was gifted a box of seeds, so im putting em to use....no time to waste, thought id make a thread I can keep adding to, as time goes by.....

yeah man, ssh is quality for sure. Glad i popped them seeds, and found her. Made it worth all the time and effort!

So far, the candyland has the largest taproot, the other kushes are just starting to split their shells. Hoping mine are up and out of soil in a few days.

Good luck with em m8, keep us posted on how there doing if u can.

seed update

seed update

coming to end of first week of germination to seedling stage.
Mixed results, some seeds popped some didnt. most problems were/are with the old seed stock,and majorly my own newbness. live and learn

The newer fresher seeds seem to be growing at a whole different exponential growth rate, compared to the older ones. Few of the seeds didnt crack at all. Planted them in some soil, and will give them another week or two...

onto some pics so i can keep track of dates etc..

Im really happy as the one below didnt look like it was gonna make it. Over last day its really gained in colour, and I can also see its now working on some leaves. Its sunycheba black cherry.

Free seeds which sounded so tasty, they were popped straight away, lol
seeds soaked later than above ones, maybe up to one week later, cant remember, hence the attempt to build a little journal for myself.


The candyland is winning the sprint to seedling stage.lol
The og kush are in the process of shedding their shells/husks.

Helped take the shells off them this am, and the protection/sheath film removed too. Hoping they get a good start to life...

Water only so far for them.
Will introduce lite nute feeds next week or so.

Healthy growing ladies, vigourous root growth. Would love another repot but i havent got more space for larger pots.

Looks like the black cherry is gonna make it. For a while i didnt think anything was gonna grow at all, lol. Same with the dpd.

got a few mutants in my batch of seeds lol.. weird tho. what I think it is . the injure themselves getting out of the seed somehow.. because I found that the only ones that mutated had such amazingly strong seeds ,,



I used to have issues with seeds getting to stretchy.. until I stopped using hids for seeds

Nice thread, very nice variety! Where did you get stock from? 1 dedicated site or all over the web type deal? A lot of the genetics sound intriguing by the name alone!

The Black cherry seems to be recovering from her initial problems, and now is growing proper leaves. The double purple doja is still weeks behind, like perhaps 1-5 days after germination,lol
I guess patience is the key with the mutants. Im glad I waited for the Black Cherry, its so rewarding seeing leaves finally develop.

Hope u well mate. I was gifted a box of seeds from a grower who had collected lots of seeds. A lot of the seeds he got when the first release came out,eg jtr, bc, dpd, sputnik. He did tell me he hadnt stored them properly over last year or two, whilst he prepared to move continent. Anyways, I got them all, and decided to try pop them, instead of wasting too much money on more fresher seeds.
hope that helps mate. Got a few sputniks left i think, so ill prolly try them once i get some space back. lol
