Think of the red spectrum as the gas pedal, adding more increases stretch, blue the opposite

keep temp differences during light on and light off at 5 degrees max. So if u have 75 during light on u want 70 during light off. This will helps from too much stretch.

The answer to your question is not found in a bottle. It is found in your techniques. Please keep those PGR's on the store shelves instead of your grows.

snype is u would read before you post you would have seen that i stated that
I AM TRYING TO AVOID PGRS... thats why im asking on here.. did not know if there were any all natrual additives i could use...

Im glad nobody has tried to push Aptus Fasilitor.
Did those guys all get paid to go somewhere else?

CONSUMER NOTICE: Some growers have expressed concern that Aptus FaSilitor contains artificial and dangerous plant growth regulators (PGRs). This is because the effect on plant growth is dramatic compared to what is normally experienced. The truth is that Aptus technology is aligned so precisely with the laws of nature that plants are able to grow in ways not seen with traditional nutrient products.
Recently, the California Department of Agriculture (CDFA) performed tests on Aptus FaSilitor to verify our claims of purity and safety. The results show "None Found" for PGRs. Aptus products are 100% natural and safe to use on plants intended for human consumption!

Thats obviously why I said that.
Since its not a PGR and hes looking for something that is not a PGR.
I was just commenting that it wont stop stretch like they claim, so dont try it.
I ordered the free sample pack to my local store. It didnt slow down the stretch.

start at the base of the stem, give it a good bend one way ( dont break) come back 2 days later go about an inch or so above that and give a good bend to the stem the other way... keep working your way up as before...do same with branches out of control... this is in a pinch..( no pun) I lst or scrog from the git go

Double the dose of facilitor (regulator) during the pre-bloom to get the plants to stack up and more fleshy. Do this every other watering if you really ant to see the effect. This combine with the temp tricks, will indeed help with stretch.

If they were my plants I'd defoliate em, give them a good stripping, it'll slow em down a little.

Petflora got it right. Blue spectrum will keep stretch down. HPS is very bad at stretching. Get some conversion bulbs and use those during the early 12/12, bout 2 or three weeks when stretching occurs. HPS speeds up harvest but it's bad for the stretch phase. It makes a lot of sense to use a conversion MH bulb, there is a lot of vegitative growth in the first two weeks of flower.
